The Greetery Reveal Day 2...

Welcome back, friends!  Today we are showcasing another round of stamps and dies for the August Release over at the Greetery.  Today's stamps are Bountiful Wreath stamps & dies and Harvest Home stamps & dies.

This first card is super clean and simple using the new Bountiful Wreath Stamps....

The Greetery

First, I stamped the wreath and all its layers.  I wanted it to have a little more detail so I went in with Copics and added in shading all around.

The Greetery

I cut the wreath in heal and added it to the bottom of the card with foam tape and then stamped the sentiment in the middle.  To add a little extra detail, I corner rounded the top corners of the card.

The Greetery

The next card features Harvest Home....

Keeping with the clean and simple theme of this post, I kept the image all to the leaf dies that coordinate with the Harvest Home stamp set.  I die cut the leaf in 2 different colors of card stock and then added the strips from the stamp set.

The Greetery

First, I stamped the starry sky on the card base.  Next, I stamped the barn and windmill and then die cut those pieces and tucked them into the leaf.  The top part of the leaf is glued to the card base and the bottom part of the leaf is popped up on foam tape so I could tuck the barn down inside.  I finished the card off with the give thanks sentiment.

CARDS

One of the new die sets from Spellbinders is called Shapeabilites Joy Etched Dies.  I just love this die and how much fun it is to put together.

Spellbinders

To create this card, I first cut the large die with green card stock.  Next, I layered up the holly, leaves, poinsettia and holly berries with different colors of green and red glitter.

Spellbinders

I also cut the JOY in red glitter and again in fun foam to pop up the sentiment.  Using liquid glue, I added in all the details and leaves to create this colorful Christmas sentiment.  I attached the die cut to a white scored card base to finish it off.

Spellbinders

The next card showcases the Holiday Sentiments Hot Foil Glimmer Plates....

Spellbinders

I used Gold Foil and foiled up 3 of the sentiments on red and green card stock.  Next, I used the strip die that comes with the sentiments to cut out 3 sentiments.

Spellbinders

I popped up the three strips with foam tape so they just pop off the card.  Last, I grasped the Santa D-Lites Dies to make this adorable face.  He fits right on those sentiments for a fun clean and simple card.

This was super easy to make.  I stamped the Burst in Gold Delicata Ink and then added a little blend of the same ink.

MFT August Card Kit

I heat embossed the sentiment from the set with Gold Embossing Powder and then die the sentiment out with the banner die included in the kit.  I popped up the banner on foam tape and then added some gold discs to finish off the card.

These new stamps took my breath away when I first say them.  I am in awe of how these images come together to create the softest looking cotton.  I stamped the cotton stem on light gray card stock and then stamped on the sentiment included in the set.

I scored 3 small lines below the sentiment and then popped the card front up on a white card base.

Next, I used The Crimped Frame Die to cut the center of the card out.  I adhered the frame on a white card stock and the popped up the center with fun foam.  Last, I heat embossed one of the sentiments included in the Autumn Sketches cards, along the bottom of the frame.

MFT August Card Kit Countdown....

It's time for a new card kit countdown over at MFT.  This month's card kit is called Say it in a Starburst.  This kit has lots of possibilities for sure!

Today, I am using just the Starburst die from the kit.  Everything else on my card is available in the MFT store.

MFT Card Kit

First I used the Starburst Die on some yellow cardstock and then cut that out with a Stitched Circle Die.  I added the burst to a card base that I stenciled in clouds and grass.

MFT Card Kit

I used the Sweet Hello die to add the big sentiment and then finished the card off with some clear drops.

MFT Card Kit

Stay turned for more countdown days before Tuesday's Kit Release day.  The MFT blog will have lots more inspiration to see today so head on over there!

Have a great day!

Laurie
