Welcome to the April PTI Blog Hop! Here is this months challenge....
"This month let's focus on tissue paper! It has become one of the hottest trends in the paper crafting
world and we want to see you take it on! Whether it is die-cutting it to make beautiful layered blooms,
the faux silk technique, creating layered backgrounds or even delicate stitched pleated borders, we want
to see you get creative! And don't forget, your new stamps arrive lovingly wrapped in tissue paper each
month, so these can prove to be "free & green" projects as well! Have fun and we look forward to
seeing all of your projects!"
So, I tried to be creative but really I'm having Stampers block today. I have a couple for you though! The first is my "tissue" ruffle! It is about 10 layers of tissue, cut with the scalloped die. I sewed them on the back of the Melon Berry and the "ruffled" them up! It looks kinda messy in the pic, but it is way cuter IRL!
Here is a card I made back in
March! I thought I would share it again because I just love that tissue flower! Those dies are just so much fun to have around!! :)
Thanks for hopping by today! Hope its a great Sunday!
