You Add Color {Spellbinders}...

Hello friends!  Stopping in today with a quick card using the new Paint Your World Collection from Spellbinders.  I just love this new Painters Palette die and all the possibilities it has!

Spellbinders

To create this card, I die cut the large Palette out of white card stock.  Using the Artful Brush dies, I die cut all the little pieces in white cardstock and then went in and added the rainbow using Copics.  I added the paint to the palette with foam squares and then popped the paint brush up too!  I love all the details you can add in with the dies from the full Paint Your World Collection.  Check it out by clicking HERE!

Hope you have a great day!

Greetery Release Day

It's Release Day at The Greetery!  The release will go live at 10am EST.  If you would like to see everything close up, check out The Greetery's Instagram for my LIVE video from yesterday where I went over all the new stamps and dies.

I have one card left to share using some simple blooms and a sentiment from the new Print Shop: Spring Mix.  I just love this simple little bloom and wanted to showcase it on a card....

The Greetery

To create this card, I cut out a white panel with the Postage Frame Die.  Next, I did some soft ink blending with Altenew's Mountain Mist ink in the background.  Using Altenew's Black Obsidian Ink, I stamped the sentiment in the bottom corner.  I stamped and die cut the 2 sizes of blooms from the Print Shop: Spring Mix stamp set and added them to the card front.   To finish off the card, I added the Postal Frame panel to the front of a white card base using a fun foam panel for dimension.  I added some little Stardust Enamel dot,s from Waffleflower, to the blooms for a fun center.

Check out the March 2022 release by clicking HERE!

Hope you have a great day!

The Greetery Breath of Spring Day 2

One day closer to The Greetery Release!  The new stamps and dies will all be available in The Greetery Shop tomorrow, Thursday, March 17th at 10am est.  Today we are here to share the rest of the new products!  I will also be doing a Live over at The Greetery's Instagram tonight at 7pm CST.  I am doing it at a little different time than usual because I am in Colorado as I type this.  It is Spring Break here and we are soaking in the mountain views!  I should be home in Kansas by 2pm with just enough time to get unpacked and organized....and then come hang out with everyone!

I have 3 cards to share using the new spring products!  So many cute new stamps and dies so lets get started!

This first card uses the new Curio: Spring Findings Dies.  Instead of using the Curio dies previously released, I created a little scene using some past products mixed with the new Spring Findings.
First, I used the Tartan Builder Stencils to create the plaid background.  I cut the plaid background and an additional white piece of cardstock out with the 2 sizes of Postal Frame Dies.  I love that die set.  They make the most fun framed backgrounds!

The Greetery

I used the Happy Birthday sentiment from Top Down Day and masked off the birthday part.  I stamped it on the front in black ink and then added "spring" in using the Bold Alphabet Dies.  Last, I cut the next, eggs and flower bloom out with white cardstock and then colored each piece with Copics.  I added that to the middle of the card to finish it off.

This next card was super simple!  You know I love a super simple card.  LOL!  This card uses the new stamp set called Amen and Alleluia and then used the new Crocus Dies to add some color.

The Greetery

First, I die cut the Crocus dies all in white cardstock and then added color by ink blending each piece.  They are super easy to layer up to create the blooms and leaves.  I used Copics to create the grass by flicking 3 different colors along the bottom of the card.  Next, I stamped the sentiment in black ink and then added the Crocus's along the bottom edge. I added in some clear drops to finish off the card.

I pulled a little inspiration from the Magnolia Silos for this super easy card.  First, I added some gray ink blending to the Shiplap Builder Dies and layered them along the bottom of the card.  I die cut the sentiment from the Let's Have a Word: Beautiful Die in black fun foam.  Next, I die cut the Pussy Willows, also out of white cardstock, and then colored the stems with a brown Copic.  They are so easy to layer together to create all 3 stems super fast!

The Greetery

I added them to the card front and then layered the fun foam sentiment on top.  I love the clean and simple, farm house look of this card!

The Greetery will be giving away 2, $50 gift certificates to the shop.  You have more chances to win by leaving a comment on each stop on today's hop.  Here are the links!

Remember the entire release will be available tomorrow, March 17th at 10am EST.  Click HERE after that time to see the full release!

The Greetery Breath of Spring Day 1

The Greetery has a spring release called Breath of Spring coming this Thursday, March 17th.  For the next 2 days we get to share all of the new products....beautiful stamps, stencils and dies perfect for your spring projects!

My first card showcases the new Print Shop: Spring Mix.  This is a Stencil, Stamp and Die combo to create a beautiful floral base. I created this simple floral focal point and then added in some Copic detail.  I die cut the full panel and then added it to a white A2 card base.

The Greetery

I layered the Amen Die in white cardstock and then stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from the new Ament and Hallelujah Stamp Set.

The new Springtime Stamp set coordinates with the Hourglass Frame Dies.  I decided to create a clean and simple card using the new set along with the Signed and Sealed Die set.  I just love this little umbrella!!

The Greetery

The sentiments in the set are all curved and work perfectly with the banner from Christmas Time Sentiments but I straightened it out using the grid lines on my Misti and stamped it along the bottom.

Spellbinders March Clubs Blog Hop...

Welcome to the March Clubs Kit Blog Hop over at Spellbinders.  Along today's hop you will see all kinds of inspiration using the Spellbinders Monthly Kits.   I have 3 quick and simple card to share today using the Card Kit of the Month.

You may have heard me say this before, but I am generally a stamper.  I used stamps and dies to create most of my cards.  I love quick and simple cards.  BUT, since finding the Card Kit of the Month, I have fallen in love with a new kind of card making.  It is so much fun to pull out all the contents of the kit every month and put cards together.  The kit comes with a die set, a stamp set, ephemera, sequins, a paper pack, coordinating cardstock, adhesive, stickers....all work together in a new theme each month.  So fun and easy and just another fun category to add to my usual card making!

Here are some card using all of the fun things included in the March Card Kit....
