Miss You {Spellbinders}...

Long time no see!  Life has been so crazy and I feel like I haven't been in my craft room in awhile.  I was cleaning in the other room and found these lovely dies in a pile of mail.  You can bet I ran in here and got to work right away!  These are the Freshed Picked Berries...new dies from Spellbinders!  I just love the fun design and the ease of putting them together!

 

To create this card, I drew a 1/2" frame around the card in black ink.  I left the bottom and side open for the leaves.  I die cut the green cardstock, layered it with the same die cut of fun foam and then added in all the berries.  I stamped a simple sentiment in black ink to finish off the card.

A little info about commenting here on my blog....

My comments are moderated because I get a ton of spam.  The kind of spam that tells me about cholesterol medication, among others, and just weird bot comments so I filter those out.  If you leave a comment and don't see it, thats ok!  I will see it and I will get it posted for you.  

The other issue is wether or not you need a google account.  I have my comments set to "anyone" so technically you should be able to leave a comment with any type of login, but Blogger is a pain.  If you can't leave a comment and are not sure if you your name is posting along with your comment, please add your name and email address to the end of your comment. This way we can see who you are if your comment gets chosen as a winner!  I am sorry for the annoyance.  I have no idea why it doesn't work like it should.  I have googled and switched settings around and tried all the things but again...

Christmas Wishes {Spellbinders}...

 Stopping in today with a quick and easy card using 2 amazing Spellbinders products.  First up, the November Glimmer Kit, which is a full set of amazing hot foiled sentiments and a coordinating die to cut a bunch out at once!  Check it out by clicking HERE!  I just love this set.  Next up, the Christmas Wreath Add-On Dies.  There is an awesome set of dies called Build-A-Wreath where you can die cut out all sorts of fun little detailed pieces to create a fall wreath.  This add-on set, gives you all the winter vibes, including this adorable snow man....

To create this card, I added some green and white striped cardstock to the front of a white card base.  Next, I die cut out all the pieces to create this adorable little snowman.  Those cutie little snowflakes were cut out of fun foam for the perfect dimension.  Last, I hot foiled and die cut the sentiment.  Love love this Glimmer Kit of the Month!

Happy BrrrrDay! {Spellbinders}...

 Hey there crafty friends!  I am stopping in with a quick and simple card using the new Stampendous TransFormer Snow Bird Stamp Set  from Spellbinders.  These adorable birds are so fun to stamp and there are so many possibilities in how to stamp them up.  Click HERE to see the full stamp set and all the details that are included. 

To create this card, I pulled out some white core cardstock from WAY back and did a little embossing using the Sparkling Snow 3D Embossing Folder and sanding.  The raised embossed areas sand down so well to show that white cardstock through.  I added some glittery gel pen detail to each of the snowflakes and then layered the panel on a white card base with some fun foam.  Next, I did some coloring with Alcohol Markers to make this little owl come life.  I popped it up on the card front, along with the perfect BrrrrDay sentiment to finish the card!

Thanks... with LOTS of Sunflower SHINE!!

The Spellbinders September Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month Club is here!!  I LOVE LOVE this hot foil plate!!  These sunflowers are so pretty and SO easy to color!

First, I hot foiled this gorgeous plate with Gold Foil.  I used my Altenew Alcohol Markers to add in the color.  The kit comes with the coordinating edger die so it was super easy to cut out.  I added the panel to an A2 sized card stamped with a text background.  I finished if off with a quick and easy sentiment.

Gnomes!! {Spellbinders}...

 Hey there crafty friends!  I am stopping in today with a new die set from Spellbinders called Gnome Drive.  It is the cutest set of dies with a little gnome and the most adorable car.  In the set there is also a tree and a gift.  In today's card, I loaded up the little car with gifts, paired it with a hot foiled sentiment and done!  Come check it out....

To create this card, I grabbed an old Christmas text background stamp.   Using Versamark, I stamped it on a piece of green cardstock and then added a scored frame around the card base.  Next, I hot foiled the sentiment from Gifts of Christmas Glimmer Hot Foil Plates.  I used foam tape to add that to the bottom of the card. 

After building the car, gnome and gift packages, I layered them all up to create a fun little car scene.  I popped them up with foam tape for the added dimension.

I love the large size of this month's plate.  There is also a sentiment included.  The best part is, there are also coordinating stencils to add in all that color!  SO easy!!

It's My Party {Spellbinders}...

 My sweet friend Carissa Wiley has her very own collection over at Spellbinders called It's My Party and it is SO much fun!!!  It is filled with the perfect party hot foil plates, sentiments, stencils and a stamp set.

Let me show you a couple cards I made using several things from the collection.

To create this first card, I scored a white card base ever 1/2".  then I hot foiled the main ballon plate from the Party Ballons set.  I ink blended into each balloon using the coordinating stencil and masks included in the Balloon Bouquet Designs Stencil Set.  I popped them up on to the white card base with foam tape and then added in the black foiled "Congrats" and the pink foiled "It's Party Time", both from the It's My Party Glimmer Sentiments. Super quick and easy!

I wanted to use that awesome balloon stamp so I created a coordinating card....

One this card, I heat embossed the balloon swag with Gold Embossing Powder and then added a scored frame on the other side of the card.  I hot foiled the sentiment from the Giant Party Ballon set and added it to the card with some foam tape.  Another super simple, coordinating card!

This collection as SO many possibilities to create.  I love the little leaves that come in the Party Ballons set....you could make cherries, oranges or peaches or even apples with that fun little detail.

Congrats {Spellbinders}...

 Have you seen the new Stylish Ovals release over at Spellbinders?  There are SO many cute new dies and hot foil plates to check out.  I am using a couple of them in today's card!

To create this card, I die cut the largest over and created a gray card base.  I love that the biggest die is the perfect A2 card size!  Next, I hot foiled the Geometric Diamond Plate onto white card stock and then cut that out with a smaller Oval die.  I added a layer of fun foam between the card base and the foiled panel to create a little dimension. 

Next, I die cut all the parts to this gorgeous little flower stem Stylish Oval Hello You dies.  I just love those blooms!  After arranging them onto the card front, I added in the Congrats sentiment from the Seahorse Floral set.

Spellbinders Seahorse Kisses...

Spellbinders has teamed up with the amazingly talented, Dawn Woleslagle, to create a new line called Seahorse Kisses.  Today I am using the main Hot Foil image from the Seahorse Floral Glimmer Hot Foil Plate and Die Set....

To create this card, I scored a white card base every 1/2' to give the background a little detail.  Then I hot foiled the plate onto teal cardstock.  I used the Moondust foil for this and it is just gorgeous!  To finish off the card, I die cut the "thanks" die from Yana's Layered Script Sentiment Die set in gold cardstock and then added a few clear drops.  Super simple!
