Hero Arts Spring Catalog Release Hop....

I was so excited to be invited to share in the latest Hero Arts Catalog Release.  This catalog is full of amazing new products sure to ignite your creativity!  I have several favorites but I wanted to share a couple of them in today's card.  Keep scrolling to check out my project, learn all about the amazing HA Giveaway and see a full list of stops on todays hop!

Here is today's card...

Hero Arts

To create this card, I used the new Color Layering Tulip Pattern Stencil.  I blended the full panel but ended up cutting it down to showcase the "smile" die from the new Smile Friend Stamp and Cut XL.  I used the die to cut the sentiment out of the floral panel and then again in yellow cardstock.  I inlayed the sentiment onto the stenciled panel and then popped it up on a white card base.  I used the Tulip Pattern Cover Plate to cut the rest of my panel out and then. used one of the little die cuts to the left of the focal point on my card.  I added some bling with the Translucent Greens Hero Hues Enamel Dots on the card front.  Love the shine and pop of color that the enamel dots add!

Hero Arts

And one quick and simple bonus card....

Hero Arts

To use up the negative from the Tulip Panel, I made a quick scored frame around a white card base and then added the smile sentiment, with a layer of fun foam behind it, to the bottom of the card.  I added a single green enamel dot for an extra little detail.

A little info about commenting here on my blog....

My comments are moderated because I get a ton of spam.  The kind of spam that tells me about cholesterol medication, among others, and just weird bot comments so I filter those out.  If you leave a comment and don't see it, thats ok!  I will see it and I will get it posted for you.

The other issue is wether or not you need a google account.  I have my comments set to "anyone" so technically you should be able to leave a comment with any type of login, but Blogger is a pain.  If you can't leave a comment and are not sure if you your name is posting along with your comment, please add your name and email address to the end of your comment. This way we can see who you are if your comment gets chosen as a winner!  I am sorry for the annoyance.  I have no idea why it doesn't work like it should.  I have googled and switched settings around and tried all the things but again...

Blogger is a pain.

Miss You {Spellbinders}...

Long time no see!  Life has been so crazy and I feel like I haven't been in my craft room in awhile.  I was cleaning in the other room and found these lovely dies in a pile of mail.  You can bet I ran in here and got to work right away!  These are the Freshed Picked Berries...new dies from Spellbinders!  I just love the fun design and the ease of putting them together!

Spellbinders

To create this card, I drew a 1/2" frame around the card in black ink.  I left the bottom and side open for the leaves.  I die cut the green cardstock, layered it with the same die cut of fun foam and then added in all the berries.  I stamped a simple sentiment in black ink to finish off the card.

Everything you see today (Wednesday) and tomorrow, will be available at The GreeteryFriday, January 19th at 10am EST. Let's get started!

The Greetery - Love Letters Collection

This first card showcases the new dies called Graceful Stems.  These are so easy to put together.  I die cut them all out of white and then added Copic Marker to color the pieces.  I added them to a card front where I used the Postcard Details Pierced Plate and the Postal Modern Stamp Set to add in all those fun details.

The Greetery - Love Letters Collection

Next up is the Vintage Type Stamp and Die Set.  LOVE!!!!

The Greetery

I used the Just My Type Stamp Set to create the black and white HUGS background.  Then I pieced together the pink and gold typelwirted and added in the tuped out note using the same stamp set.  This card looks like lots of details....but it was super easy!

The Greetery

Last up, one more card in my favorite style.....super clean and simple!

The Greetery - Love Letters Collection

This card uses the Inked Well Stamps and Dies, along with the Scripted Sentiment Stamp set.  I added the big hello in black ink, traced a 1/2" border around the card front in black ink and then added in the feather pin and ink well to finish it off.  These stamps are just so much fun!!

The Greetery - Love Letters Collection Day 1...

Welcome to Day 1 of the latest reveals at The Greetery!  The newest collection is called Love Letters and it is filled with the most gorgeous stamps and dies perfect for sending love at Valentines or anytime of year!

Everything you see today (Wednesday) and tomorrow, will be available at The GreeteryFriday, January 19th at 10am EST. Let's get started!

I have 3 projects to share with you today.  This first one showcases my favorite product of the whole release...the die set called Sent with Love.  Those little envelope dies have me 😍!!

The Greetery - Love Letters Collection

To create this card, I used the new Airmail Border Stencil to create the border on the card base.  Then I added another layer of pink cardstock to showcase all those little envelopes.  Super quick and simple!

The Greetery - Love Letters Collection

This next card uses the new Flourished Phrases Hello Stencil Set.

The Greetery - Love Letters Collection

This was so easy to create with another of the Airmail Stencil Borders.  The top layer took 3 stencils to create that gorgeous sentiment.  I added in a couple extra details from the Postal Modern Stamp Set.

The Greetery - Love Letters Collection

There is a new stamp set in the Four Square Line.  This one is called Four Square Valentines Tag Stamp Set.

The Greetery - Love Letters Collection

Instead of a card, I created a large tag.  I used PostCard Details Pierce Plate and then added in the tag details with the Four Square stamp set.  I also added a few images from the Postal Modern Stamp Set. This large tag is going to go on a big Candy Heart.  Can't wait to give this one on a gift!
