Spellbinders

I chose 3 different patterned papers from the paper pack included in the kit and lined 3 card bases.  Next I tool the ephemera pack and added lots of details on each card.  I love that everything coordinates and works together!

Spellbinders

One of my favorite parts of the kit, is that so many of the pieces are covered in gold foil detail.  Love that shine!

Nothing is prettier than a garden rose! Enjoy our Craft Your Life Project Kit, an exciting monthly package that is sure to get the creative juices flowing! Featuring a 6x8 stamp set, coordinating die set, as well as a stencil and embossing folder to fit the theme, this project kit has almost everything you need to start crafting. Just add ink and cardstock, and you'll be good to go! This kit features a stamp including two beautifully drawn roses with three layers each and four leaf outlines. Leave these unfilled, or add color with the stencil set! One stencil acts as a coloring/mask stencil, one includes bold stripes, and the third contains three words that go with the sentiments in the stamp set. Finally, add texture with the 3D embossing folder for a stunning project!

This quick and easy card was made with the embossing folder from the kit.  I simply inked it up with an ink pad and then ran it through my die cut machine.  The ink transferred like letter press!  Super easy!

Thankful for you....

The Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month is so much fun!  It has a total fall feel which I absolutely love!  I created a simple slim line card using just a few of the elements and a sentiment.

Spellbinders

I used the Mini Nested Glimmer Dots to create a border around the slim line card front.  I arranged the foiled elements on the front and then popped a sentiment strip over the top.  Super quick and easy!

Are you new to hot foiling?

Spellbinders has a platform called Glimmer Hot Foil System.  This platform heats up metal plates called Glimmer Plates.  These glimmer plates come in ALL different types....sentiments, florals, backgrounds, graphic details etc....and add the most gorgeous foiling detail to your cards.  And the foils?  There are LOTS of different colors to chose from!

Here are some links to help point you in the right direction....

The Glimmer Hot Foil System works great with a Platinum 6 Die Cut machine from Spellbinders but also works with other die cut machines. You can click HERE to see a compatibility chart.

First you heat up the platform and your glimmer plate on the Glimmer System Platform.  Then you add in the foil and the cardstock and run it thorough your die cut machine.  Once you pull off the foil negative, the magic happens!  That foil that is set on your cardstock and the results are just gorgeous!
