Here is today's card....

Spellbinders

I zoned in right on that arch die that looked like a rainbow.  There are 2 dies but using Copics, I was able to make an abstract rainbow just by adding in a little coloring.

Spellbinders

I did some light blue blending in the background and then added in the rainbow.  I used Fun Stampers Journey's smile die to add some sparkle with the sentiment.  Super simple!

birthday wishes {The Stamp Market}...

Hello there!  I have a new card to share today using some adorable Stamp Market Dies.  I am sitting here typing in my warm craft room while there are 4" of new snow outside.  Fortunately, my kids didn't have school today so this weather was a great reason to stay inside.

I am so ready for spring and warm weather so this card definitely has me wishing for rainbows soon!

The Stamp Market

To create this card, I used the Rainbow Stripes Die from The Stamp Market.  I love how the die comes in a fun wonky look.  It was so each to die cut the card stock, and another set of fun foam pieces, add them together and attach them to the card from.

The Stamp Market

I stamped a birthday sentiment right underneath the rainbow.  I die cut the heart in red cardstock and then added a little glossy accents for some shine.  Super simple!

The Stamp Market

So glad you stopped in today!  I hope you are staying warm and crafting the day away!

Taylored Expressions February Release + Video....

It's an exciting day over at Taylored Expressions!  There is another round of Masking Stencils coming out, some amazing stripe stencils and lots of new stamps and dies!  I have 3 new products to share that I am so excited about!

If you know me, you know I love stripes.  I want to put stripes on all the things!  I asked Taylor for a stripe stencil and it is exactly what I had pictured!  Check this out.....

This 1/2" stripe stencil gives the perfect look without using washi tape to mask off.  It makes your stripe making game WAY easier!

Taylored Expressions

To create this card, I added a little pixie spray to the back of this stencil and then blended in the rainbow colors.  I stamped the "your" and "has lifted my spirits" from the Plant Kindness Stamp Set using my Misti.  Next, I die cut and popped up the kinds die all in white cardstock and added it to the front of the card.  This card was super simple to make!

The next shape in the Masking Stencils line is here!  This time it is the cutest arrangement of squares, perfect for window cards or just any type of masking!

TE Masking Stencil

This card took me about 5 minutes to make.  I used the square stencil along the side of my cardstock and blended in some Confetti Cake ink.  Next, I stamped these adorable new bunnies called Hop to It (which are a full background stamp) and die cut out 3 of the bunnies.  I popped them up on foam squares in the boxes and then added a sentiment from C'mon Get Happy by Taylored.    Last, I added the card front to a card base with fun foam.  Super simple!

And last but not least, here is that adorable new Hop to It Background.  This background stamps all the bunnies and with the extra little clear stamps, you can add in the check color and the different ear color patterns.  It's genius!  The coordinating die allows you to cut out one of the bunnies like in the card above.

Here is a quick (super quick) video showing how I made this card.....

Taylored Expressions

I stamped the full image in black and then added in all the little colors of ears along with little pink cheeks.  I layered the card front on a yellow card base and then added in the sentiment.  I used the hello dies in white cardstock and then used Simple Strips to add in a birthday sentiment.  These bunnies are great for easter but also for so many other occasions!

PINKFRESH PROJECTS

Pinkfresh Studio

One of my favorite background stamps from this release is called Diamond Tiles.  I love the pinstriped lines in this stamp and it makes the most gorgeous background.  First, I stamped Layered Bouquet on a white card front.  I used Coral Reef Ink and Passion Fruit Ink to stamp the blooms and then added in the leaves with Fresh Pear and Grassy Knoll. I stamped Diamond Tiles in black ink on a white card base and then added in the front card panel with fun foam for dimension.  I added in the sentiment last with black ink.

Floral Shadow is another of the newest background stamps available.  This stamp is gorgeous!  I put the stamp in my Misti and added in Coral Reef, Passion Fruit and Sunshine inks all around the front.  Next, I spritzed the stamp with water and then stamped it down onto watercolor paper.  I cut the panel down and added it to a white card base.  After it dried, I added in the "you are amazing" die cut from the Phrase Builder: You Die set, layered with fun foam for dimension.  I finished off the card with some clear drops.

This last card is made up of 2 new stamps.  The gray background is Diagonal Bars stamped in Misty Coast Ink.  The black words are from the new background Do What You Love.  I stamped both using my Misti and then cut the it down to layer onto a white card base.  Next, I stamped Do What You Love Background again on black cardstock with Versamark and heat embossed the image with white embossing powder.  Using the Cut Align, I was able to cut out several sentiments to add to the card front.  I attached them all with a piece of foam tape to finish off the card.
