MFT December Release Countdown...

2 days until the MFT Release!  This week is flying by! Are you ready to shop?  Tuesday will be here in a hot minute but we have 2 days left of sneak peeks to share.  Today I have the CUTEST new set to share called Panda Pals.  Check it out....

MFT December 2019 Release

I definitely couldn't go much more clean and simple than this.  I added a little piece of post it tape to mask off for some Copic grass.  This look is SO easy to do!  Just take 3 coordinating green and do some flicking.  I always start with the lightest Copic and then go the to the darkest.  Last, I go back in with the lightest just to blend a tiny bit.  Peel off that masking tape and there you have super easy grass!

I colored up that adorable panda and the tree with the same green copics I used for the grass.  Using the coordinating die cut, I die cut the panda in fun foam for a full dimensional backing.  I added the image to the card, stamped the sentiment crooked from side to side....it wasn't centered.....and then added in the little heart stamp to fix it!  :)  Easy peasy!

MFT December Release Countdown./.

Good morning!  We have 3 more days left of sneak peeks until the December MFT Release is available.  Are you excited?  There are so many fun new stamps and dies this month.  Today, I am using one of my favorite new sentiment sets called Heap of Hellos in an unconventional sort of way....

MFT December 2019 Release

To create this card, I stamped a couple of the adorable handwritten sentiments all over a card front panel in black ink.  Next, I took a rectangle die and cut out a portion of the middle.  I used some pink ink and added in a little ink blending on the cut out portion to give the card a little color.

MFT December 2019 Release

Next, I matted the small center piece with a layer of vellum and then popped it up in the center with foam tape. Last, I heat embossed a sentiment from the new Smile Maker stamp set and added that to the card.

Check out the MFT Blog for more December Release inspiration.  Remember everything you see this week will be available on Tuesday, December 10th at 9am CST.

Hope you have a great day!

MFT December Release Countdown....

We are counting down the days till the MFT Release and today is day 4.  Release day is Tuesday, December 10th when everything you see this week will be available for purchase.

Today I have a clean and simple card using the new set Smile Maker and the Big Smile Die-namics....

MFT December Release

First, I embossed the smile die into a piece of white card stock and cut the panel out with a large stitched rectangle die.  Then I die cut the sentiment out and popped up each letter with fun foam.  Embossing the sentiment made the perfect guide to place the letters back down nice and straight.

MFT December Release

I used the sentiment from the set and masked it off above the smile die cut.  I popped the panel up on a piece of pattern paper and then added a little heart stamp on the front.  I love the white on white clean and simple look!

MFT December Release

The rest of the design team will have lots more to check out today.  Head on over to the MFT Blog to see a full list of blogs.  I hope to see you back tomorrow for Day 3.

Thanks for coming by!

Frosty Hello {Scrapbook.com}...

Good afternoon!  I am stopping in today with a new card using one of the new Stencils from Scrapbook.com.  These new stencils are 6x8 in size and they are amazing!  The larger size gives you so much room to work and then when you cut down your cardstock you can choose your favorite area to cut down for your card front.

For today's card I am using the new Snowflake Stencil.  I just love this gorgeous stencil that is so full of detail.

Scrapbook.com

First I did some ink blending on the card front using Scrapbook.com's Domed Blenders and some Peakcock Feathers Distress Ink.  Once I had that down, I added the Snowflake Stencil with Pixie Spray.  I used Gina K's Glitz Gel with a paste knife and spread it around through all the snowflakes until I had a completely covered area.

Scrapbook.com

Once I peeled up the stencil, an amazing snowflake background was revealed.  I wanted to keep the from super simple and not cover anything up so I added in the Hello Fancy sentiment die from Hero Arts.  I added the front panel to a white card base to finish the card.

Scrapbook.com

Check out all the new Scrapbook.com Stencils by clicking HERE.  All the stencils are on sale so grab some today!

Thanks so for coming by today!  Have a great day!

Good morning crafty friends!  Today we are starting the countdown to release day over at MFT.  We have 5 fun filled days of sneak peeks to share starting now!

The set I am sharing today is called Here's a Huge Hug and its SO cute!!

MFT December 2019 Release

I put this stamp in my Misti and did a little color layering on the white cardstock.  I used some new dies.....stay tuned....to create the stitched background.

MFT December 2019 Release

I decided it needed a little dimension so I stamped another "huge" and then added glossy accents to the colored area and sprinkled glitter onto the glossy accents.  Once that dried, I popped it up on foam tape.  I finished the card off by rounding the corners.

MFT December 2019 Release

Head on over to the MFT Blog for a full list of stops to make today, to see all the sneak peeks for day 5 of the countdown.

Remember everything you see this week will be available on Tuesday, December 10th at 9am CST.

Altenew

To create this card, I used the Rose Bouquet Stencil and blended in the new inks.  I just love the color combination they give!

I created the card base by making matching cardstock by just blending in the ink.  The new Pumpkin Pie ink is a gorgeous yellow color and it gave a great effect to match the blooms on the front!

Hi, Dear Friend {Spellbinders}...

Hey friends!  Stopping in today with a clean and simple Hi dear friend card using the adorable D-Lites Floral Hi Dies from Spellbinders.  I also added in a little gold foiling for some shine....

Spellbinders

To create this card, I die cut the D-Lines with different color card stock and pieced it together to create these adorable colorful blooms.  I added the die cut to a embossed white card front.  The Fun Stampers Journey Beach Towel Embossing Folder make the most amazing stripes.  I do love a good striped background!

Spellbinders

Next, I used the Hello Dear Friend Glimmer Plate to add an additional sentiment and then finished it off with some clear drops.

Spellbinders

You can check out the entire Glimmer Hot Foil System by clicking HERE.

Hope you enjoyed today's card!  Have a great day!

TODAY'S PROJECT

Today I am showcasing the add-on called Beautiful World.  I generally don't color as I stick to clean and simple, but something about this image just called my name!

My Monthly Hero

First, I added some black and white striped paper to a white card base.  Using another card front, I cut an angle to match the patterned paper stripes and added that to the card front with fun foam.  I stamped the sentiment from the set on that panel.

My Monthly Hero

I colored the image with Copics and then popped it up with foam tape for even more dimension.  Even with a little extra coloring, it still turned out to be fairly clean and simple.

My Monthly Hero

You can check out all the Add-ons by clicking HERE.
