Hello and welcome to day 2 of the Hero Arts Anniversary Blog Hop! These 3 days are packed with tons of inspiration, tons of giveaways and a Hero Arts 45th Anniversary Summer Catalog Release. Sending huge congrats to the amazing folks at Hero Arts for all these years of keeping us stocked up on amazing products. Hero Arts is an awesome company with the most kind people! I feel honored to be a part of today's hop! Keep scrolling because there is lots to see!
I have one project to share using some dies that are in the new Summer Catalog but they aren't new dies. I just love these 2 dies and had to put them together for a quick and simple card...
First, I cut the Flower Garden Fancy Die out of white cardstock. I attached it to a gray card base with liquid glue but only in a few spots on the back so I would have leaves and petals tipped up for a 3D card. Next, I cut the Bicycle die out of my most favorite Kraft card stock ever....it's from Hobby Lobby. Its like a lunch sack Kraft color. Such good stuff! I added the bike to the front of the card. Last, I heat embossed the sentiment from Sending Smiles onto a black banner. I popped that up with foam tape for some added dimension.
Definitely a quick and simple card!
Keep reading to check out all the amazing giveaways and to see the full blog hop list for day 2.
