Amber Ink-Project #6

Kinda of a bitter sweet post here! This is my last post as a Amber Ink Torch bearer! I have had the best time working with these adorable images and really just learning more about digi's! The sweet part comes because I am about to pass my torch on to the sweetest blog friend ever...but more about that on Monday! ;)

So here is my last card....

This adorable butterfly image you can find HERE!  I just took my Copics and colored the wings and then took a Blender pen and made some polka dots!  Super simple but I think a really fun look!  Then I cut her out and attached her with some foam tape!  The sentiment I made using Lawn Fawn...Harold's Alphabet!

Color Challenge

During the craziness of the PTI Anniversary, we had these super fun challenges we could all participate in! Instead of bombarding you with posts, I put several cards on Flickr and linked them to the challenges from there! So today I am sharing a card that some of you may have already seen but again, I am dealing with a good case of stampers block! I am all stamped out for some reason! I don't even want to sit down and even try to make something! GASP! I know right? What's up?

So here is my card from last week!

This is Lisa Johnson's color combo! I thought it would make the perfect "boy" card! And I just love this set and don't use it enough!

Thanks to all who tweeted some mojo my way the other day! Tweet me some more! :)  And again, I have been a terrible blog friend!  My reader is once again at an overflowing level!  I can't wait to sit down and have a chance to see what you all have been creating!

Happy Valentines Day!

So I am saying Happy Valentines Day to all my blog friends out there but I don't have an actual Valentines card to share! I think I am all Valentined out! My little one and I made 23 little Favor it Box treats this weekend for her class today! I made numerous Valentines to for my customers! So I am done with the red....well the Valentine red at lest!

So here is a happy day kinda card...

I love the CAS of this but I added some IP detail and of course, those rolled flowers I can't stop making!

Hope you have a great day with lots of hearts and chocolate...and maybe some chocolate hearts! If you got any fun gifts from your spouse, you have to share! Let me know what you got! My husband was so sweet to get me one of these....

How in the world did I live without it!  Thanks to my sister and my sweet friend Amy, I knew that one of these was a must!  SO helpful to have and not to mention fun!  I love blog surfing in the car now!  If you have some favorite Apps, please share them with me!  So far, I love Urbanspoon, the Weight Watchers app is FAB, Sky Burger...mindless pointless fun!  I have several more but I would love to hear what you have on your phone!

If you can see in the background, I stamped the Small Solid Button using Versamark in the background of this card and on my little button box!

Isn't that button gorgeous?  It is a really big button!  You can find them HERE!  I also used the Medium Double Line Square and the "You're a Treasure" sentiment on this card!
 

Last but not least my little button box! These boxes are so fun!  I remember seeing someone use this box for buttons and I apologize for not having a link!  I just remember what a fun idea it was so I thought this button blog hop would be a great place to borrow it!   You can find these adorable boxes HERE!  So perfect for adding any little gift inside!  And last but not least those yummy Raspberry buttons!
