Sentiment Stamping and a Video...

I have a fun little CAS card and video to share today.  I have no idea what this technique is called.  I have seen it done quite a few times but I figured out a way to make it SUPER easy with the Misti. (Which maybe has been done already too...) Yes....I know I have been raving about this thing but I can't help it.  It's genius.

So here is my card....

A fun little sentiment and flower from the Simon says set called Floral Bookmark....

    Laurie, this card just jumped out at me and I keep looking at it and have played your video twice. I just got my MISTI so I can't wait to try it. I don't have that particular stamp set but I have plenty of PTI that I'm sure I can use!! Thanks for sharing this one.

    The beauty of the shaped die cut is you could also use the negative space to make a second card (thinking like Jennifer McGuire here!), either by solid colour underneath or maybe by stamping the sentiment again underneath in the pink and green to mimic the head and stem of the flower.
