Hey there crafty friends! I have a different kind of post today. The kind where the crafty world and planner world collide.... :)
So, I am a planner nerd. Have been all my life. Actually, anything to do with office supplies makes me happy. I remember, as a child, playing with yellow legal pads and manilla folders, like I really had something to organize. Ha! Well, now I am all grown up (for the most part) and I still love to organize. I have all kinds of stuff, including kids, to keep straight and planners are such a help throughout life.

I found Erin Condren planners several years ago, but have been a tad to frugal to take the plunge, but this year I did it. Yay! I just got it in the mail and I thought I would share a quick video and some links....you know...to help you with your planner addiction as well! :)

I thought I would share a couple pictures, one of my planner and also, some planner goodies. Most of the information about my Erin Condren planner is in the video below, but here are a few pictures. Here is my new 2015 planner....
I am such a planner nerd and I love all the little goodies that go with it. Since I am a stamper also, I have some fun stamps to share. These below are from StudioL2E. They go perfectly with the planner and make for some really fun decorating, details and lists.
This first set is called List It:
So cute! I just love those bullet points and the font and all the fun little shapes. This next set is called Plan It. I adore the little hydrate stamp and the date stamp. So adorable!
This last set is called Label It. It is so cute and will make the most adorable little flags and banners. I think it would be fun to stamp these directly on to post it notes so they stick to your planner.
So you've seen those rolls of tape in the pictures above. Those are paper tape from Target. These are are like little rolls of post it notes. I love the colors! They make a fun little flag note in your planner.
I watched a video over on Stephanie Klauk's blog and she showed how she used this adorable bag. I was instantly in love with the bag. I headed straight to Target and picked it up! Check out Stephanie's video by clicking here. (She also shares a GENIUS way to add inserts to your EC planners using a Crop-o-dile.)
Here are a couple of shots with the bag all loaded up.
The zipper pouches on each side fit the planner perfectly. I have an On-the-Go Notebook on is way to me and it will fit perfectly on the other side here.
Hereis a video showing all the detail of what came in the Erin Condren box. It was like Christmas opening it up! :) Click below to watch and see more of my planner tools.

Erin Condren Life Planner
Thanks so much for coming by today! Hope you have a great day!
Yay for planner nerds! I always have a hard time with planners as I've found most of them to have teeny tiny entries for the weekends and that's when my family is the busiest! I'd been having luck with the Vera Bradley planners (plus, pretty can't hurt!), but the latest version skimped on the weekend spacing! Ugh. Back on the hunt ... Will have to check out these Erin Conrad planners! Thanks for the chance to win some fun planner nerd goodies!! :)
ReplyDeleteSuper cute, Laurie! I wondered about those stamps...if I don't win them, guess I'll have to buy them! Thanks for the opportunity to win! I've had my EC planner for just a couple weeks...previously it's been all digital! I'm excited to get back to basics again!
ReplyDeleteRight now, I use a daily journal from Target and a To-Do list pad from Knock-Knock. They work, but this looks fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI have an ordinary planner but it works to keep me organized. I love pens, pencil pouches, notebooks and office supplies in general. Thanks for a chance to win--those stamps sets are adorable!
ReplyDeleteGreat video Laurie, I love the calendar you got! :)
ReplyDeleteLaura
I love using different color pens to fill in my organizer. They add anice bright touch.
ReplyDeleteAng
Awesome! I love my new EC planner and I would be so thrilled to win some cute stamps for it!
ReplyDeleteOh my, this is so cute and so practical, I am such a "planner girl", this looks like a great set to have, popping over to take a look now! : )
ReplyDeleteam also a planner addict - if i ever lost mine i would be in a world of hurts!!! bought a leather refillable planner about 5 years ago from Barnes & Noble - not only is it a planner, but also there's project pages, address, and places for business cards. love it!!!
ReplyDeleteOh yes! I love planner from Hedua.com or Barnes & Noble or Target :) Yours is awesome!!!! Nevet use stamps on my planner but I am inspired by you :)
ReplyDeleteOh girl. I'm sure in real life we would be fast friends!! :) I love planners!! I've been using online calendars (to sync with my phone) -- but I am feeling the need to swing back the other way because even though I haven't used one in about 5 years, I still love a paper planner!!! I started using Day-Timer back in the 80s. I have THREE different size Day-Timer binders. My zipper binders have charms on them (purchased from the Franklin-Covey store in the Galleria in Dallas back in the late 90s). {sigh} Yeah. I love a planner! And different color pens are also a must! Have to color code all my stuff.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, Laurie, you're killing me!! I've can only resist the planner urge for so long. I just love all your bright accessories! Killing me!
ReplyDeleteI am a total office supply geek and my ECLP is on the way!
ReplyDeleteRight now I love the really skinny washi from Little B - especially the foiled ones! Swoon! And Frixion eraseable pens.
I'm a planner nerd too and also love stationary, so organising a bag like this would be so much fun!! I can never go without notepads. Have one in my handbag, by my bed, in the kitchen for my daily lists, by the computer...everywhere!! And I'm loving those post-it tapes, what a cute idea and those stamp sets are perfect for cards and planning. Thanks so much for the chance to win!!
ReplyDeleteMy fav planner is a5 FIlofax I was lucky to win a Erin condren still trying to get used to using it lol but so amazing at how awesome everyone is in the planner community!
ReplyDeleteI love anything to do with office supplies. My daughter hates going to Staples with me because I could browse for hours!!
ReplyDeleteI have to say, though, that my most favorite planning supply are post it notes. I couldn't live without them and buy them in bulk.
i am a planner nerd too! i've been using a planner for work since i started working. i found the world of filofaxing...and love all the goodies out there to decorate and stay organized. i have loved colorful pens for as long as i can remember. they help make planning and keeping organized fun :). thanks for the chance! love your blog! *hugs* and much aloha, steph :)
ReplyDeleteI am currnetly using the Day-Timer Family Plus Planner, while I am saving for a Malibu. As far as accessories, I love everything stationary, but I would say that Washi Tape and Post-Its have to be my favorite. :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite planner right now is my national geographic calendar hanging in my kitchen!
ReplyDeleteI love Erin's planners! I am (Im)patiently waiting to get my new one! Hoping it arrives any day! :)
ReplyDeleteOh my fellow planner addict!!! I'm obsessed with pens, stationery, planners--you name it! I have used many planners in the past and have finally created one of my own. I used to love the weekly planner I purchased from Coach when I used to work there. I then switched to a Franklin Covey. I love the Erin Condren planners, but I prefer having an open list versus one that contrains me to the times of the day. However, I might just grab one to try it out! In the meantime, I did spend some time to create one of my own that personalized to my needs and I am in love with it! It's not perfect, but it was my first planner. I shall be posting pictures over at my blog very soon.
ReplyDeleteI am absolutely in love with Post-Its, pens, sticky tabs, and washi tapes! I'm sure I have enough of all the above to last me my lifetime.
What I've been using a lot lately:
1) Sharpie Fine Tip Pens (5pk in Black, Clover, Coral, Hot Pink, and Turquoise)
(2) Martha Stewart Removable Color Coded Labels
(3) Stalogy Circular Masking Tape Patches 8mm from the Container Store
Hello Lauren! Thank you so much for this chance! I am a total office supply junkie too ;) I haven't had a decent planner since college until... now. I just got my very first filofax (wee little pocket sized planner) this week! I finally need one again, since my children are old enough to start doing activities... which means mama needs to get organized, right? Eep! My favorite planner goodie is currently a toss up between washi tape and pens. I think it's pens. I love pens. I have always loved pens, I will always love pens. LOL
ReplyDeletegreat planner and video! Thank you for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great giveaway, I always wanted some Studio L2E stamps! My favorite planner would be the one I'm currently using, it's a Filofax Saffiano in Aqua and I'm obsessed with cute stickers and washi tape to decorate everything. And I couldn't live without my frixion ball pens, I think they're perfect for thin paper because they don't bleed through :)
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I love that Label It set! Very handy.
ReplyDeleteI use sticky notes a lot!
I just found your blog, and I love it!! Thanks for the chance to win :)
ReplyDeleteLove the planner and stamps!! thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeletethis planner is awesome.. my favorite would be the pens/markers.. i love to write and make fun designs.. thanks for the fun giveaway.. yay
ReplyDeleteI'm waiting for my planner to come in and although I bought cute post its and colored pens I didn't think to buy stamps. These would be a great addition to my planner supplies, thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeletesuch a cute planner. I keep all of my events in my iPad ?thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteCANNOT wait to get my planner! I love all things for the planner, but I think my most favorite times will be those handy dandy coil clips!!!
ReplyDeleteI always use planners that allow me to see and write info. for all 7 days of the week at once. I like using higlighters of different colors to help me keep track of different activities and reminders.
ReplyDeleteOh, love these stamps! Perfect for a planner. I too, always loved ALL things office supplies from when I was little. Love washi tape for decorating planners too. Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteStationary of every kind has been a life long addiction for me so I have lots of different note books diaries etc. One planner makes so much sense. Love how you keep everything all together in the zipper bag too ...neat!
ReplyDeleteI'd pick the post it tapes as my fav. ( though the zipper bag speaks to my neat freak self) ! Haven't seen these down here as yet......brilliant idea!
Love your planner! I have an EC planner as well. I can't wait to order some of the coil clips!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite planner goodies: washi tape, sticky notes and stickers. Thanks for having a giveaway. :)
ReplyDeleteRight now I am using my Midori Travelers Notebook to bullet journal in. I love using it with all my favorite colored sharpie pens. Thanks so much for the chance to win this awesome giveaway! :)
ReplyDeleteI've just ordered a LimeLife Planner -- can't wait to get it! So I'm just stepping into the planner world...love those stamp sets. I love fun colored pens and bright colored washi/paper tape!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite planners are the Kikki K planners and my favorite goodies are colorful pens (:
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun post. I actually have been using electronic planners for years. Started with Palm pilot. Now I do everything on my phone with Google Calendar. I would love to win those stamps, however, and may just rush out to Target tomorrow to get some of that tape.
ReplyDeleteHi, Laurie! Somewhere I think I watched another video of yours on how you set up your planner...I love the idea, always have high ambition of following through all year, maybe 2015! :) Right now though I do have (and have had for many years) a beautiful wall calendar in my work space that I faithfully use for all the birthdays and anniversaries to celebrate. Each year I just add one more year to the person name and age. Not the greatest but it works best for me for now. The older I get I am finding that EVERYTHING needs to be written down! Its probably time to be serious about a planner...lol!
ReplyDeletePS...my age somehow just stays the same! Easier to remember that way!
Thanks for the contest!
Hmmm, hard to choose! I too am a organizer nerd, and have used and enjoyed many products over the years. I have to think that if I had had some of these stamps when my boys were younger, they would have been worn out long ago! :). So if I were lucky enough to win a set now, it has a chance of lasting a lot longer now that my life is somewhat less chaotic! Miss that chaos, at times, tho!
ReplyDeleteThat's a nice and colorful planner. I love my pink Finsbury Filofax (personal size). I enjoy decorating it with washi tape, stamped images, stickers etc. I love my erasable pens (black and various colors) from Muji.…very useful in case you have to move appointments, make mistakes etc. Thanks for a chance to win the stamps. They would make decorating my Filofax even more fun. I especially like that hydrate stamp.
ReplyDeleteI adore planners and list making. I actually use a special planner like a journal to document the things my little one does and says. It runs mid year to mid year, which normally I would not like, but works great for that purpose as it follows closely his birth year because of where his birthdate falls. My absolute must is good pens in many colors, but I'm intrigued by the post it tape you shared (love adding post it notes inside my planners) and have a feeling I'll be picking some up my next trip to Target. :)
ReplyDeleteI love my filofax. Different pens, stickers, post-it you name it, I use it :-)
ReplyDeleteI have a filofax that I really love. Also I use stamps, stickers, washi, colourfull pens from Frixion and sticky notes. I have only a couple op stamps but I really like to use it.
ReplyDeleteI have 6 filofaxes, 2 A5, 3 personal and one pocket. I loooove them all <3
ReplyDeleteTo decorate I love my washitape and my FriXion pens.
I got the "list it" stamps and i will do a happy dance if a win another set :)
What's not to love about planners! I use a planner that I designed to meet my needs and love post it notes, my markers, and fun paper clips. LOVED your post.
ReplyDeleteHow fun was all of THIS?
ReplyDeleteI can't live without my highlighter pens. I freak a little when one runs out of ink, and I don't have a backup!
Super fun post. My favorite thing is pens. I love them.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a planner. Is that a bad thing? Maybe. BUT, I do have a white board in my studio where I keep a running list of assignments and I take great joy in erasing them when I have completed the tasks! Such a good feeling!
ReplyDeleteomg I NEED those stamps! so fun!! thanks for sharing, Ive never heard of them- favorite planner goodie...post its. I use post it's for everything!
ReplyDeleteYour new planner and planner goodies are fabulous, Laurie!!! I, too, love all things office supply related---always have!!! The planner I have now is from Orange Circle Studio, and I love it because it fits inside my purse---however, it's not quite big enough for including my DT and blog stuff in it, so I have to have separate lists and calendars for that stuff---maybe EC could be my one planner for everything solution. Hmmmmm. One of my many favorite planner goodies right now are my colored fine tip Sharpie pens----they come in aqua, coral, magenta, etc. The ink dries quickly and doesn't bleed through my planner pages. I am a big fan of those PaperMate flair pens you shared as well!! Have fun using all of your new supplies!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! Your stamping idea is SO cute!! I hadn't even thought of using stamps in my planner, so far just using washi tape, markers and stickers! Stamps would be GREAT! :) Fingers crossed, thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI love planners, it started about 1 year ago after being dormant since my phd days, and i love using stamps and stencil, i use the same pen but write in different styles each day, i use stamps for birthdays and holidays and use a diaso stencil to note anything that comes up.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh this is all so cute! I love my planners! They make life so much easier and I love bright colors!
ReplyDeleteYou've got the OCD in me so excited! My favorite planner supplies are my colored extra fine pens. I use Le Pens, Sharpies, and I have a set of Staedtler pens. Since there's six in our family, using different colors for each person helps me stay on schedule at a glance. Now, I'm off to order my planner.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite planner goodies are markers. I love all markers! But, I have to say those paper tapes you show from Target are awesome. I'm definitely going to pick up some of those. :)
ReplyDeleteMarkers. Especially highlighters- I can't imagine life without them :)
ReplyDeleteWell, I love planners that is so cute. Loved your video. Sometimes you think you are the only one who has to have all that STUFF. But now I know I am not alone.
ReplyDeleteLooks amazing! I can't go with out my highlighter pens.
ReplyDeleteSo COOL!!! Love your planner and goodies! ;) And my favorite planner, is a basic planner I take and try to customize it to my own...so like 'mead' etc...lol Exciting, right?! ;) Though, I will say, I LOVE me some planner goodies! From pens to tabs to post it notes, I love them all! :)
ReplyDeleteColorful pens and stickers! SO want the studio L2E stamps! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThis is so awesome! My favorite planner goodies are washi tape, hands down! I love all the different prints and I love that you can use it for so many different things especially the endless possibilities of layouts :)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite planner so for is my Kate Spade, I like that it has zip closure (that way everything inside stays inside) and I like that I have the option of using it as a wallet. I've never tried EC planners before and I would love the opportunity to give it a try!
Thank you for having such a generous and awesome giveaway!
Oh my goodness I've never seen anything as good as this in England, I usually just buy a fancy diary from paper chase , I need this in my life . Awesome giveaway x
ReplyDeleteLove the blog! My favorite planner thing is decorating it with washi tape! I seem to use my planner more when it's pretty!
ReplyDeleteI love my filofax, but my new love is my lamy fountain pen. I getting back into collecting all different kinds of pens, pencils, and markers. Feels good to be creative and be me ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove the Erin Condren planners! The Sharpie fine point pens and washi tape work well for me.
ReplyDeleteJust received notification that my ECLP has been shipped. *Happy Dance* Anyway, I used a Franklin planner before I retired and since then I find that all kinds of stuff is falling through the cracks. I NEED THIS PLANNER NOW!!! I'm a stamper, yet I had no idea that there was a line of stamps I could use in my planner and to win a couple of sets would be spectacular!! Thank you for the opportunity.
ReplyDeleteTo many items to list! Lets just say I love pens!
ReplyDeleteLove how you've set up your planner! I've recently taken the plunge as well with a new Paperchase planner. Been having too much fun searching for planner goodies! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteThese stamp sets are so very cute. My only worry is that I would spend all day decorating my planner instead of getting things done. Lol I guess I'd have to pencil in time.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I use those post-it flags all the time!
ReplyDeleteLove and am not surprised that you and I are both planner nerds. I am still being cheap as I just got this year's Mead school year planner, I have been using these for years and have my own little thing going on with them and my highlighters and sticky notes plus I just won a amazing gift pack of planner goodies from Staphanie K, so I am set. You will break me though, I need one of these!! ;)
ReplyDeleteI love post-it flags, so these post-it tapes look great!
ReplyDeleteI love my Day timer malibu right now, but I have an Erin COndren coming next week! So excited! My favorite planning goody is the masking sticker sets! I love them! Oh and my fav pens too, my steadtlers and sharpie pens! Thx for this amazing giveaway!
