I am really excited for this week's challenge! October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month so what better way to spread the word, than with some pink cards! I have a fun little card for you today...
For whatever reason, I had a HARD time making this card. I laid it out 50 different ways and it wasn't working. So went to my "go-to" girl, Nicki from CSS. I texted her. And she was quick to help me out with a couple sketches and ideas and so between the both of us...mostly her...hehe...this card came about! Thank you Nicki! I love having my crafty friends a text away!
The ribbon is a fun little Silhouette file from the store. I used a CSS banner from Favor Flags and then tipped the ends up for a little dimension. The label is from the Mini Tri-Fold card. I ran that through with PTI's Linen Impression plate. And the sentiment? Well I will share that on October 10th! (I can't wait!! But I have to!) :)

ReplyDeleteOh I've been there... Lynn helped me with a sketch the other week, "All I see is ______" and she replied back with all sorts of clever ideas. I love that PTI impression plate, it's a goodie.
