I am playing along with the Curtain Call today! Another fabulous combo of colors! Here is today's card...
I am super excited about this card! This is another Hero Arts set that I ADORE!! The other images in the set are just adorable! (I have a picture of the whole set at the end of the post!)
Just to tell you a little about it....the background I made with PTI cloud dies! I just cut some clouds, put them on a piece of white card stock, and then used my Copic Airbrush system to make the sky! So fun!
Then I stamped the branch and colored that with Copics too! For the jeans, I colored them in solid with a blue Copic and then took the colorless blender, scribbled all over a sponge and then pressed down onto the pants! They look like they have a little texture because the blender pushed the blue color out of the way! I love it!!
Last but not least I took the pearls and colored them with a dark red Copic! OK I do love those markers even though I don't use them as much as I should! Maybe that is a New Years resolution...Use Copics more! LOL! So here is today's inspiration picture and color combo from Stacey....
Here is the HA set....
I love that branch with all the birds on it! I did a card with that quite awhile back! You can see it HERE...just scroll to the 2nd card in the post!
That is it for today! So glad you could stop by today! Have a great...well it's Sunday now....I am thinking I will schedule this for Tuesday! We are getting our first snow today here in Kansas! I am thinking by Tuesday I will have several more cards made because we might be stuck here! We will see! Have a great Tuesday!
