I cut one of each of the circle dies and stacked them up with foam tape.  I stamped happy birthday on the banner from Tag Me and then added it on top.  I layered it all with some vellum onto the white card base.

Here are the products I used in today's card.

PTI Countdown - Day 3

Welcome to day 3 of the PTI Countdown for this month.  Today we are showcasing the new Monthly Moments stamps and paper pack.  I can't get over this paper pack....

IMG_0144

Aren't those colors and patterns amazing?  I took one piece and cut it down to size and then die cut a rectangle out of the middle.  I stamped the little people and a heart with the tiny sentiment, all from the Monthly Moments: August stamp set.  I added in some glossy accents on the heart for a little dimension.

Stop over to Nichole's blog to see some more inspiration and samples using these fun new sets!

Thanks for stopping in today!

Trick or Treat...

Have you seen all the peeks of the Halloween goodies over at PTI?  Fun, right?  This new little gable box die is so perfect for little snacks and I can already see some Halloween teacher goodies in the near future....

IMG_0155

I used some Fresh Snow ink and some True Black Cardstock and made my own pattern paper...

I cut the paper in half and the gable box die fits perfectly on the 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" sheet, so 2 cuts out of one full piece of paper.  This star stamp was so easy to stamp over and over and didn't take long at all.

I used a fillable frames die with some vellum and then heat embossed the sentiment.  I added the cut little pumpkin on with some foam tape.  For his eyes, I added in some liquid enamel dots and then finished it off with a little twine bow tie.

Check out Nichole's blog today to see more peeks!  Thanks for coming by today!

A little sketchy...

Have you seen the sketch over at Reverse Confetti?  There is still time to make one up and play along!  Click HERE to take you over the RC blog.

I used the stamp set, So Very Special to create this card, along with some patterned paper.  I love this set because you can pretty much make it how you like it.  I stamped most of in in black but I wanted the "special" to pop, so I stamped it in Fresh Ink Mojito.  I layered some vellum in the background so I could comply with the sketch.  I add in vellum sometimes, as an element you can still see but isn't distracting.

PTI Countdown - Day 1...

Welcome to day 1 of the August PTI Release Countdown.  I have an adorable new set to share with you today called Tick Tock.  This set is really so versatile, so I have created 3 different cards to share!

This first set is a CAS card using the clock and its coordinating die.

IMG_0143

I stamped the clock in Hawaiian Shores and gave it some Enchanted Evening trim.  I added a Berry Sorbet clock face and a little bird peaking out.  I anchored the clock to the card front by using some stripes from Background Basics: Super Stripes.  I added the sentiment in Enchanted Evening to finish it off.

IMG_0109

For this next card, I used the clock as the background, stamping it several times in Fresh Snow....

IMG_0103

I added in a color block banner with the sentiment and some enamel dots for detail.

IMG_0104

For this last card, I wanted to use the die in a creative way....

IMG_0106_edited-1

I left out the clock stamp, but heat embossed a sentiment instead.  I added in a little heart from Monthly Moments: August and some Ombre Builders background....

IMG_0107_edited-1

This set is so much fun to work with and with such a variety of sentiments, it is a good addition to your stash!  The coordinating die makes it even more fun with those little doors that open and close!

That is all I have for you today, but you can see more over at Nichole's blog.  Heather, Melissa, Dawn and Betsy have some new things to share as well.

Thanks so much for coming by today!  See you soon!
