Neat and Tangled 3rd Birthday Blog Hop...

Happy birthday to Neat and Tangled and to my sweet friend, Danielle!  Its been so fun to watch Danielle grow her company and watch her new sets come out with each release.  And....that fabulous handwriting of hers...turned sentiments, that I always rave about.  Love it!

I am honored to be joining in on this 3rd birthday hop.  I know there will be lots of fun creativity to see this week.  If you are following along the hop you will be coming from my good friend, Jennifer McGuire.


My card today showcases a new die from a little mini release that was available as of yesterday over at the NAT store.  The die is called Seeing Stars along with a stamp set called Happy Birthday.

Neat and Tangled 3rd Birthday

First, I did a little ink blending in rainbow order on a piece of white card stock.  I used that card stock to cut out the star die.

I added 1/2" scored lines on the white car base, down to about 1 1/2" from the bottom so I could leave room for the sentiment.  Last, I cut some stars out of gold adhesive paper to add on to the star die.

    Love the idea of watercoloring the paper and then cutting out the stars.
