Here is today's card featuring the new Shine Die Set...
To create this card, I used the Brushed Grid Washi tape from the last Washi release. I added it to some white cardstock but only put it on a little over half of the background, leaving the bottom of the card white.
Next, I stamped and die cut the big bloom from Floral Art. I used a blender brush and a bit of Heartbeat Red Ink to add in some soft color to the center of the boom. I added it to the card front with foam tape to pop it up a little. Now to add in the new product from this release...the Shine Die Set. I die cut each piece in white cardstock and added that to the front of of the bloom and then finished it off with a sentiment strip below.

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely card! I love the dramatic impact with the simple black & white bg and the very large colorful bloom! I also thought it was creative to only lay down part of the washi tape bg!by! really enjoy using Word dies. Shine would be great on a scrapbook page of one's child, too!
