Taylored Expressions Masking Stencils Day 2...

Hi friends!  I am back today with Day 2 of Taylored Expressions Masking Stencil Release.  I am SO excited and so happy to be able to share these with you.  The response has been overwhelming and I am just so thankful.  If you didn't stop by yesterday, here are a couple videos....one telling about the stencils and another from Taylor and I.

MASKING STENCILS

Here are the 4 sets of Masking Stencils that are available now.  There are 4 shapes, 2 of each which are all pictures below.  The stencils are $14 for the set of 2 and $48 for the full set.

The Masking Stencils will have lots of uses for mixing techniques but here are a few benefits....

1. No more masking with washi tape hoping your lines are straight and your paper doesn’t rip when you remove it. Simply use Pixie Spray or purple tape to adhere the stencil to the back of your cardstock panel - no more ripping!

2. There are two lines etched into each stencil for perfect alignment of an A2 card base or the layer just inside an A2 size (4” x 5.25”). Takes the guesswork out of centering the mask!

3. The stencil mask also includes the solid shape that falls out from the middle allowing you to reverse mask or apply two tones of ink to the project.

CARDS

Using the Rectangle Masking Stencil, I created this amazing rainbow.

I used regular Distress inks for this card and kept it super simple by adding in the inks and one sentiment. I adore this Handlettered Sentiment set from TE.

This card front was masked using the inner etched line on the stencil.  I just love the framed masked look with the bright colors.

Here is another card using the Rectangle but this time, I turned the panel sideways and cut off the edges.  I also layered the mask with the Mosaic Leaves Stencil and then blended on top of both stencils to create this look.....

I popped up the panel on fun foam and added in the heat embossed sentiment on vellum.

This sentiment set is called C'mon get happy and its so darn cute!  Its filled with such uplifting sentiments.
