Hello and welcome to the October Altenew Release Hop. Today you are going to see lots of new stamps, dies and stencils along the way. Scroll down to see my projects, the details on the prizes from Altenew and a full list of stops on the hop!
This first card uses the set called Dot Botanicals. This one became a fast favorite because of how easy it is to create quick and simple cards. I simply stamped the leaf silhouette on pink card stock and then stamped the dotted image in a darker pink.
I filled the front to create a full background of Dot Botanicals and then splattered some white paint on the front. Last, I added in a gold cardstock hello to finish off the card.
Delicate Tiles is the name of this next stamp set....
You know how Altenew gives you color combinations on the stamp packaging? Well I saw this combo when I first pulled out the stamp set and I just had to use it. I love the mix of blues and yellows.
First, I used the Classic Stripe stencil to create a yellow striped background. I stamped each tile and cut them out with the Halftone Square Dies. I popped each of the 6 tiles up on foam tape and then added the card panel to the white card base. To finish off the card, I stamped the Just Because along the side in Sapphire Blue to coordinate with the card front.
