Welcome to MFT's October Hits and Highlights! I am LOVING this months challenge because I am totally all in for Christmas to be here. I know....I know! You probably think I am crazy but I am ready! It snowed today so theres that. But I love Christmas and I can't wait to put up my tree
Here is this month's challenge...
Bringing classic designs out of storage as the holidays approach each year is one of our favorite things to do — it’s always a treat to revisit those festive designs! Adding to that stash of products each year is equally exciting though…refreshing your collection with updated designs is exhilarating. This month, we’re challenging the team to combine their favorite MFT holiday classics with October Release products to come up with appealing new combinations to add to their stack of seasonal cards.
I knew exactly which die I wanted to use from the October Release. Merry and Bright. I just love this die and the font.
From a past Christmas set, I pulled out Oh Christmas Tree. I stamped up a rainbow patterned with the striped tree and then added in the die cut. I layered the sentiment with fun foam so it would have some dimension. I also sprayed the card stock with Silver Glitter Spray before cutting it. The sparkle is so much fun!
Check out the MFT Blog for more Christmas inspiration. Thanks for coming by today and I hope you have a great day!
