We hope you all agree that this
month’s release from REVERSE CONFETTI
is hot, hot hot! We changed things up a bit this month and
brought you more dies than ever before, but still quenched your thirst for
those fun Quirky Cuties with Rocky Raccoon and introduced what’s sure to be a
new favorite, Fabulous Flamingo, just to name a couple of the new stamp sets
(there are 4—along with 7 Confetti Cuts Die sets). Today, we are making a final splash with all
the new products, and bringing you our ReverseConfetti new release blog hop. You’ll
have it made in the shade once you see all the fun you can have with this
release!
(Insert RC Store Graphic here)
The hop started over on the
Reverse Confetti blog, and you should have made it here from Laurie’s blog. It
would be worth your while to start at the beginning of the hop, so you don’t
miss a thing. We have tons of inspiration for you to see using all the new
Reverse Confetti stamp sets and dies!
Please hang in there with me. I made 3 cards. Yes....I got a tad carried away. :) This first card is super simple....
Please hang in there with me. I made 3 cards. Yes....I got a tad carried away. :) This first card is super simple....
I used a masked of portion of a sentiment from so very special. I cut out the new diagonal striped Pretty Panels and kept the pieces together and added a heart in there too. I cut out a piece of vellum and clipped them together and added in a twine bow.
The new flamingo set is.....stinkin' cute! I love the 2 step for the body and beak and it all goes together so easy!
I heat embossed this sentiment on to the largest circle die from Circles and Scallopes. Then added in the next size down circle behind that. I stamped the flamingo and popped him up on foam tape and then fussy cut his legs to finish this one off.
This last one was super easy. I die cut the new Tag Me and then cut off the scallops. I rounded the edges and then stamped the sentiment in black ink.
I die cut 2 limes and stamped the images in green ink. I sent back in with a little colored pencil just to add a little shading. Then I popped the tag up on the card base, which I covered with a piece of patterned paper. Oh and wood button to complete the card!
Here is a full list of the supplies I used....
I hope you’ve enjoyed hopping with us today.
Be sure and hop with us on the 8th of EVERY MONTH for more REVERSE CONFETTI
inspiration! Now it’s time to hop on over to Lisa’s blog. If you get lost
along the way, you can find the hop order and list of all the participating
designers over on the Reverse Confetti blog.
A few things before you hop along
