I am in the mood to make birthday cards. I need to have more in my stash because I am running low. I made this one quite awhile back and just found it so, I thought I would share.
I just took a piece of striped card stock, scored it at an angle and then bubbled it up a little, attaching the corner with a glue dot. I added in this adorable Verve sentiment from Take Note and an enamel dot to finish it off. Super easy!
