Merci

So yesterday I posted my Up Up and Away card using Mat Stack 3.  I thought it looked like a window with the clouds and the blue paper.  SO I had to go and try something else with the Mat Stack.  Basically create another window....so here is my card!

(Edit:  I am here editing to tell Melissa and Kara...I thought yesterdays mat stack looked like a window too!  LOL!)

I used Moroccan Impression plate to give it some detail.

And while I was making this card, my 6 year old was making one too!  She is already so creative!  I just love this card!  I had to tear up when she gave it to me!

She told me that since we both just got our hair cut now we look even more alike!  (She is my mini me!)  The day we had it done our hairdresser flipped the ends up!  She loves her new do!  :)

Thanks for looking!  Have a great Tuesday!

  15. This is truly breathtaking Laurie. Simply fabulous. That IP adds so much texture, makes me think almost of stucco walls or something.
Your daughters card is too sweet. I love that she thinks you look alike...kids need a visual common factor with their parents. I've never realized this more since I adopted mine and they have beautiful coffee skin, while I am pasty white! My little one is always asking me why he doesn't look like him *sniff sniff*
