Monday Mojo 134

Just stoppin' in today with card from the Monday Mojo Sketch!

I used to design sketches for a forum I was apart of.  So, its fun now, to use other people sketches.  I don't do it very often but after some great ideas from a friend, I realized how fun they can be!  So here is my take on this weeks mojo sketch.....

Hope you like it!  Thanks for stopping by!

With Deepest Sympathy

Sympathy cards are so hard to make!  You know that the recipient is going through a hard time and you want the card to be perfect, maybe to help them cheer up a little!  I think, because of this, alot more thought goes into these types of cards!  I was really happy with the end result of this card...

I made that flower with my Cricut!  I am super excited now, to make more!  I think it really added a great focal point for the card!  PTI's Asian Fusion just came in the mail today and so this sentiment is the first thing that got inked up!  I LOVE the font in that set!  All the sentiments will get used alot here at my house, I am sure!!

Hope your Tuesday is getting to a good start!  Have a great day!

Compose a Card #8

**Second post for today...Scroll down to see the first!**

I have been LOVING Becky's challenges over at her blog and finally decided to jump in with one!  I chose this one because I the colors were out of my comfort zone.  I use black alot but not this bright green!  So it was a fun one for me!  She used the inspiration from her dd Easter dress and the funny thing is, it kinda reminds me of my little one and her Easter dress.  I will post her picture at the end of this post! :)

So here is my card....

I added the buttons just for Becky!  (She gave a photo tutorial awhile back and suggested adding elements into the picture!)

And here is a quick one of R's dress!  Of course, she had no choice in the matter....I am addicted to polka dots...luckly, she LOVED it too!  :)

So that's it!  Thanks for looking!

Thinking of You

So, I know you have all had this happen!  You make one card with a set....and then another....and then another....well, I am here to post Scattered Showers Day 2.  :)

Just another one with a fabulous umbrella and some more distressing!  What is the world coming to?

I had to add in some faux stitching with the worlds greatest white gel pen ever!  (Unibal Signa!)  Love that thing!  And some eyelets....the eyelet container had dust on it!  I used to use those ALL the time!  Had to bust a couple out today!

Glad you took the time to stop in today!  Hope your Monday is a good one....for a Monday!  :)
