Curtain Call: Celebrate!

It's time for a new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!

To celebrate the Curtain Call's third anniversary, the Celebrate challenge will run the entire month of July!  The LEAD of this challenge will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge!

I used the new Balloon dies and the Good Times stamp set and coordinating dies, for this card.  The dotted background stamp is so much fun and made for the perfect gold confetti at the bottom of each balloon die.  I added in the ballon tail dies in gold card stock.  Last, I cut "celebrate" out of vellum and attached it along the side.  I wanted to let the balloons have center stage but still use a sentiment on the card front.  It was hard to get a good picture because it is in vellum, but in person, it looks great!
