Verve Spotlight Hop Day 3


Welcome to the third day of our February 2013 Spotlight Hops!  Today we're shining our Verve spotlights on the new stamps Surely Goodness and Happy Anniversary Plain Jane.  As you hop through the list below, you just might see some super sneaky peeks of new coordinating dies, so keep your eyes peeled! Everything you see previewed along today's hop will be available inVerve's online store on Friday, February 22.

Surely Goodness has moved up fast in my list of favorites. These flowers are so pretty and so easy to color.  I love the quick and easy way to color...since I am not great with Copics.  So a little heat embossing and some distress inks and this is what I got...

I cut the flowers out by hand and then layered them on top of the leaves.  I added in some clear pearls (thank you Renee!!)  and then stamped the sentiment in Violete Palette ink.

    Laurie this card was my favorite when I saw it in the gallery......you've used my favoeite technique and now I wish I'd ordered this set with my package! Beautiful colors but then you probably already knew I'd like this card for that alone!!!! Gorgeous as always!!! x

    Once again, I am completely amazed at how you can make a card so simple, yet soooooo stunning! I thought these flowers were gorgeous the way the other Divas used them, but this brings out a whole new side to them.
