Happy Birthday to Emma!

Yesterday was my nieces Birthday and today we are getting ready to go to her party! She is getting to be such a big girl it is crazy how the time goes by so fast! So, I thought I would make a more "grown up" card and bag for her with something other than pink! I LOVE making gift bags because they are so much more personal this way! And of course then it matches the card!

Here is a close up picture of the card! I used a DCWV card base that I got on clearance from Archivers! It really is soooo much cheaper to make your own cards!

For example, I was in Hobby Lobby 2 days ago and the girl in front of me in line had 3 greeting cards. When the cashier said her total was $16.03, I wanted to fall over!! I wanted so bad to say HEY, I will make 3 cards for you ALOT cheaper than that! :)

Here is a close up of the bag! I used my cricut to cut out Celebrate! I just love these colors! So bright and cheery!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great day!

  1. I love the bag and matching card. It is so bright and cheery your neice will love it!! As for the lady who spent so much on cards, You should have told her, or hand her your business card. That's how I got started selling my cards. I made $100 selling my Christmas cards the first time. I even have a email friend who buys $40 worth every year a mix of birthday and other holidays.
