Paper Dolls Challenge #29

**This is my second post for today!  Scroll down to see my very first Amber Ink project!**

Welcome to the Paperdolls Challenge #29!  I am hosting this week so I wanted to share a challenge that I have been working on!  This week's challenge is to use felt and a die!  Recently, I have been trying to use more felt. Because yes...I do have a felt stash.  And it is not small.  So I must use it.  Pull out the dies, Laurie, and use the felt. That is what I tell myself. So here is a little felt today...

Are you loving that impressed piece of cardstock? Well I am! I used a mist of water before I ran it through...but here is the big secret... Bazzill! The thinner weight cardstock impresses SO well! NOW, I am still a PTI junky! Their cardstock is the best! BUT this Bazzill just impresses like a dream! So much so that the back of the piece looks like its embossed! (Should have taken a pic before I glued it down!) It's gorgeous!!

And of course, my felt tea pot! I will must use more felt soon! The hoarding madness must stop!

I hope you can join us over at the Paperdolls blog!  Please stop by and link up your project!  We would really love to have you!

ETA: Jill aksed what stamp and die this is...sorry!  I am sooo bad at supply lists!  The frame stamp is Waltzingmouse.  The HB sentiment is from PT Butterfly Dreams and the die is the Tea Pot die from PTI as well!  OH and polka dot basics I for the background!  HTH!

I really like the color combo and the teapot is so cute. Where do you get Bazzill cardstock? I don't know that I've ever seen it in stores around here. Your card is really cool!

Oh how I love this card. So clean and elegant. I need to invest in some felt (hope I don't turn into a felt hoarder!) :) but I need dies so I can cut the felt first!!

Laurie, I really, REALLY love this! I haven't used my teapot die yet (shame on me) but you give me so much inspiration. Fantastic pick of colors too - the spring green is a wonderful surprise!

I recently bought several sheets of Bazzill to use with my cricut for the more detailed designs I cut and it does cut better (more accurate) using thinner cardstock. I'll definitely have to try dry embossing with it. Gorgeous card!

Laurie, this is stunning. I'm like you regarding my felt, buttons, etc. I always think: "Wait... what if I run out?!" It's a sickness, I tell you! :) You've inspired me to use more felt. I promise.

Thanks so much for the inspiration to use my felt! I just got this teapot die so it will not be staying in the package for long. I love the pop of yellow on your card and that gorgeous impression on the Bazzill cardstock. This is a fabulous design!

Lovely Laurie ~ great colours, lovely details, all combines together beautifully. As for stash hording, I'm terrible, but trying to be better and use what I have.

Can you please tell me where you get those silver pearls from? I love the look of them, but I can never seem to find them. Do you buy them online?

Amazing. I love the pop of green paired with the rich brown & red. Embossed piece is GORGEOUS, I need to use that technique more often... I'm lazy.
