A Big Thank You {Spellbinders}...

Hello crafty friends!  I am stopping in today with the new December Glimmer Kit Hot Foil Kit of the Month from Spellbinders.  You guys these new plates are gorgeous....

This kit comes with 3 different frames and then 2 sentiment inserts....a big thank you and happy birthday.  There is also the "to you from me" with a coordinating die.  Here is what it looks like all foiled out in the silver foil included in the kit...

I add the 2 parts of the frame with silver foil using the Hot Foil System from Spellbinders.  Keep scrolling for a more detailed description of how it works.  

Next, I stamped and die cut some of my new favorite blooms (linked below) and added them to the center of the frame.

I love white space....and I love that silver foil detail.  It definitely keeps the card clean and simple and lets the color in the blooms pop!

Are you new to hot foiling?

Spellbinders has a platform called Glimmer Hot Foil System.  This platform heats up metal plates called Glimmer Plates.  These glimmer plates come in ALL different types....sentiments, florals, backgrounds, graphic details etc....and add the most gorgeous foiling detail to your cards.  And the foils?  There are LOTS of different colors to chose from!

The Glimmer Hot Foil System works great with a Platinum 6 Die Cut machine from Spellbinders but also works with other die cut machines. You can click HERE to see a compatibility chart.  

So once the platform and your glimmer plate heat up, you add in the foil and the cardstock and run in thorough your die cut machine.  Once you pull off the foil negative, the magic happens!  That foil that is set on your cardstock is just gorgeous!

Altenew Build-A-Flower: Build-A-Flower: Parrot Tulips Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Good morning, friends!  I get to share a new Build-A-Flower today....the Parrot Tulip!  This gorgeous new bloom is so easy to stamp!  Check out today's quick and simple card....

To create this card, I stamped 2 blooms and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.  I added in 2 stems and 2 leaf die cuts to complete each flower.  

Next, I layered them onto a white panel matted with a piece of black card stock.  I added this to the front of a white card base and then added in a few clear drops.  To finish off the card, I stamped the simple sentiment along the bottom.

Winter Wanderer Day 2...

Today we are showcasing these new stamps and dies....

All of these stamps work together to create an amazing Boho vibe for cards of all occasions!  Let's get started!

This first card was created with 3 Greetery products....Boho Banner Set, Opposites Attract Stamp Set and (previously released) Sketchbook Roses.  I added the roses on the card base in black ink and then built the banner up on top.  I stamped the sentiment on the front and then added in the little feather dies to finish it off.  I just love the fringe die included in the die set!  Such a fun detail to finish off the card. 

My newest favorite stamp set....Bigger Blooms was used to create this next card....

First, I used the Macrame Openwork Base Die to create the card base on this card.  Then I used the Macrame Diamonds Die to build up the detail.  I stamped and die cut those gorgeous blooms and added them, along with a sentiment from Opposites Attract.  

I played around with the Macrame Openwork Base Die, along with the Macrame Diamonds Die and create this fun little rainbow afghan....

This was fun and super easy to make!  I used the Openwork die to create the background and then added in Diamonds die in rainbow colors to the front.  I popped up the thank you sentiment in black to finish off the card.  I LOVE LOVE that Opposites Attract Stamp set.  I can't wait to show you on today's IG live all the sentiments stamped out!

I cut these dies out to use on the card above but I liked the clean look a little better so I had all these extra pieces.  I love the graphic look that this die from Macrame Diamonds Die set makes!

They were super easy to line up and add with some adhesive spray.  I popped up the hello to finish off this super quick and easy card!

Winter Wanderer Day 1...

 

Welcome to Day 1 of the Winter Wanderer Reveal's for The Greetery's November Release!  For the next 2 days we will be sharing all the latest stamps and dies that will all be available on Friday, November 27th at 10am EST over at The Greetery Shop.  

Today we are sharing cards made with these new sets:

Catching Snowflakes stamp set

Catching Snowflakes die

Hoop Wreath stamp set + die

Hoop & Fringe die

I had so much fun making this first card.  I used the Hoop die in a silver cardstock to create the base of this wreath....

Next, I stamped and die cut the elements from the Hoop Wreath Stamp set and arranged them around the silver hoop.  

The sentiments come from a new set you will learn more about tomorrow, called Opposites Attract.  

I added a score line at the top and bottom for another fun detail.  I just love the font in this new sentiment set!  So pretty!

I created another quick and simple card for today's reveal.  This card was made with the Catching Snowflakes die and Stamp Set.

To create this card, I used the circle negative from the hoop to create a mask for the card base.  I did some ink blending with a gorgeous navy ink.  I layered the Hoop Die, along with the Catching Snowflakes die on top.  I also added 2 sets of fringe dies from the Hoop and Fringe Die set.  

I stamped the sentiment along the top of the hoop and then finished the card off with a pearl in the center.  (Which I can now see to be crooked but lets just overlook that part for now!) :)

This is a gorgeous set with more elements you will see over on The Greetery's Blog!
