Unicorns and Donuts {Spellbinders}...

Hey ya'll!  Stopping in today with a new Stamp of the Month from Spellbinders.  When I opened up the package and saw this adorable unicorn....and donuts...I was instantly smiling! 

I felt like the unicorn from this set called Sprinkled with Love would go SO well with FSJ's embossing folder called Sunshine and Rainbows....

I kept the coloring simple on the unicorn and just added some rainbow colors to her hair.  I added some Silver Gel Pen to her horn and then added a little coloring to that donut.  I embossed a white panel and popped it up on the card base, leaving room for the sentiment.  And that sentiment?  So fun!  I added the unicorn with some more foam tape to finish off the card.

I had to use the donuts in the set....

I die cut 4 donuts and added in all the icing and sprinkles.  I used the Circle Nestabilities to cut and emboss a plate for the donuts to sit on and layered it all on the card front made with the Loves Stripes Embossing Folder.  I added in a polka dot napkin using a Square Nestabilites and a black embossed banner with the sentiment.  I topped off the heart donut with some pink glitter for a little shine.

June MFT Countdown Day 2...

Hi crafty friends.  We are down to 2 days left in the June MFT Countdown.  I said yesterday I had a new favorite product, but today I may have 2 more favorites.  Sweet Hello Die-namics and the Tropical Flowers Stamp set.  OH MY!  I love them!!

I created this clean and simple card by stamped the flowers and die cutting them with their coordinating open die.  Love how easy it is to cut a perfectly centered die!  I layered them up in a fun little arrangement and then added in the hello die on top.  I cut the shadow layer in velum and the top layer in white cardstock.  So the velum would stand out, I cut a 3rd layer in fun foam and attached that to the back.  This gives a more muted layer of the flowers below.  So fun!

June MFT Countdown Day 3...

Today I get to share my favorite new stamp set from the June MFT Release.  It's day 3 of the countdown and everything you will see this week will be available for purchase on Tuesday, June 4th at 9am CST.  Check out this new sentiment stamp.....

I just adore this big sentiment in this beautiful font!  First, I die cut 2 panels with the Stitched Cloud Edger Dies.  I stamped the You are My Sunshine on the bottom of the front panel in yellow ink.  Next, I added in the Sun Ray Stenciling on the card base.  I attached both cloud panels to the front of the card with foam tape and then tucked in the Once Upon a Rainbow die down behind the could.  To finish off the card, I added in a tiny heat on the front of the clouds.

CARDS

These glimmer plates are so easy to work with.  You simply put them on your card stock of choice and then die cut them with the coordinating dies.  Foiled flowers?  Amazing!!   I layered these foiled flowers with a gorgeous die from Fun Stampers Journey called Detailed Foliage. 

I added these blooms to a scored card from panel to keep it clean and simple...

I added a sentiment and those dew drops for a little extra detail.
