W&W 4th Birthday Bash Blog Hop....

Today is a super fun day!  My friend Shay at Winnie and Walter is celebrating her 4th Birthday!  I love Winnie and Walter so much and am so happy to be joining in on today's hop.

Shay, congratulations on 4 years!  You are amazing!  (Can't wait to see you in 2 weeks!)

I have 2 cards to share using some adorable Winnie and Walter sets....

This frist set is called Big Hugs.  I adore these elephants.  I decided to create a little scene and give them a balloon to hold.  The sentiment fit so much better inside, so I kept the from sentiment free.  I added this adorable sentiment inside....

For this next card, I used the same Big Hugs set and created a quick and easy background....

I stamped the adorable image in rows along the background and then kept them in black and white.  I used an ombre ink to add color to the heart and then I popped up the heart from the set From the Bottom of My Heart onto the card front.  Super simple!

There are prizes!  There will be 4 winners picked at random from the entire blog hop which will each receive $40 credit to the Winnie and Walter shop, so don't forget to leave comments along the way.

Here is a full list of stops on this birthday hop.....

So glad you stopped in today!  Hope you have a great day!

Winnie and Walter Confetti....

Hey there crafty friends!  I am so happy to be joining in with the girls over at Winnie and Walter today to showcase their new set called Scenery: Bigger Bang Confetti.  I have a little watercolor creation to share with you.

IMG_2413

To make this background panel, I took some watercolor paper and spritzed it with water a couple times.  Then I inked up one of the star burst images and then spritzed it with water too, and then started stamping.  Keeping them all lined up, created this fun polka dot panel.  You can see the fun watercolor look it has.  This was definitely fun to make.  Next, I stamped the sentiment "thanks" from the same set and cut it out. I popped it up on foam tape and then added in some rain drops for a fun effect.

Cheers....again!

I love the new dies from Winnie and Walter.  I made a wine bottle tag the other day, you can see it HERE, and then today I made another luau inspired card with the new fringe die.

IMG_0759

I took 3 colors to make the little fringe.  I cut off the about 1/2" of the end of the die and then adhered them to the card base with ATG.  Then I added in the sliver glitter tape.  I went through and ruffled the fringe to give it some dimension.  Last, I cut the Cheers die out of white card stock and attached to the card base with some Tombow Mono-Liquid Glue.

This card is making me think Spring.  Like now please.  It snowed again her last night and even though we don't have the mass quantities like my friends out East, I am still wishing for warmer temperatures!

Hope you are all having a relaxing Sunday! Thanks for stopping in!

Winnie and Walter Cutaways!

I hope you are stopping in today, coming from the Winnie and Walter blog.  That means you have seen all of these new amazing dies.  I have one very quick and easy (and oh so fun) project to share today!

Winnie and Walter now have these amazing new In a Word Cutaways.  Today I am using Cheers!

IMG_0631

First I masked off the hanger end of the wine tag and stamped one striped image from Scenery: Stripes.

IMG_0633

Next, I cut out 6 of the cheer dies in black yardstick and one in gold.

IMG_0639

I stacked them up so I had a really nice amount of dimension.  I didn't pop out the centers of the black dies so I could have another fun little touch.

IMG_0637

I love how the die just stands up off of that white tag.   The gold gives this tag such an elegant look for sure!

IMG_0635

Ps.  This is my most favorite wine ever.  I don't drink that often because it makes my ears hot.  It's ok to laugh.  It really does.  And my cheeks turn a bright shade of red.  I'm a mess really.  BUT when I do have wine, this Moscato is amazing!

OK so enough about my wine and on to the Winnie and Walter blog to see lots more about the new Cutaways!  Thanks so much for taking time today to stop in.  Have a great day!

Supplies

Stamps: Winnie and Walter Scenery: Stripes

Winnie & Walter Birthday Day 2...

Hey there! I am stopping in with another day celebrating Winnie and Walter's 1st birthday!  I have a fun CAS card today using the new sets called Scenery Strips, Sugar Rush and The Party.

IMG_0444

First, I stamped a rainbow using the large stripe in Scenery Stripes and then cut it into strips.  I stacked them up and added them onto a white card base.  I stamped the Happy Birthday from Sugar Rush and the "to you" from The Party.

IMG_0450

I am all about making matching envelopes too, so I had to stamp a ballon and a little sentiment...both from The Party.

There is lots of fun going on over at the Winnie and Walter blog.  Stop by and learn how you can win prizes and see all amazing W&W talent!

Thanks so much for stopping in today!

W&W Birthday Bash...

Hey friends!  I am so excited to be doing the lovely ladies over at Winnie and Walter this week, to celebrate their 1st birthday!  I can't believe its been a year already!    Check out the Winnie and Walter blog for all the info on the festivities this week.  Click HERE to see all about the giveaways they have going too!

I have a card today using a new set called The Big, The Bold and the Party.  I love all the bigs and bolds that Winnie and Walter have.

IMG_0400

I stamped birthday and did a little fussy cutting.  I found a fun piece of patterned paper and adhered it to the card base.  I took the sentiment cut out and attached it to the card, but just in a few places so there is some dimension.  I stamped the "HAPPY" from Sugar Rush in a gray ink.  I attached a few sequins to the front of this card for a little bling.  I love these sequin because they change color in the light.
