Hello {Queen and Company}...

Hello!  It'm here with some Queen and Company cards to share.  I have one clean and simple card that uses paper strips from an adorable Queen paper pack and a shaker card.  Lets get started!

My first card her is a favorite of mine.  I love white space but I also love how white card stock can pop from a card when using color....

Queen and Company

To create this card, I 6 - 3/4" strips of paper from the Pretty Presents Paper Pack.  I just love those colors and patterns.  I attached the strips to the card front with ATG so they were nice and secure.  I took a 1/4" strip of white card stock and capped the top of the patterned paper so it would like nice and even.  Next, I die cut the gorgeous window die in white and popped it up on white cardstock that i cut out to match.  I decided to keep the shaker box on the card front but not add the shaker toppings.  I simply added a tiny heart inside the window.  Last, I stamped a simple sentiment on a banner die cut and tucked it under the edge of the window.

Queen and Company

Fall cards are always fun to make!  Love how a shaker card comes together with these colors.

Queen and Company

To create this card, I used a beautiful piece of polka dot paper from the new Fall Paper Pack to line my card base.  Next, I grabbed a tag from the Shaped Shaker Kit to create this shaker box.  I added some Jelly Jems inside the tag in the perfect fall colors.  I added a leaf die cut to the front of the shaker box and then topped it off with a happy birthday sentiment in white card stock.

Queen and Company

That is it for me today.  I hope you have enjoyed my clean and simple creations. Thanks so much for stopping in today.  Have a great day!

Window Shakers {Queen and Co}...

Hello there! I am stopping in here with a couple new cards using the new Window Shaker card from Queen and Company.  You guys!  This new kit is so much fun!  The kit has 2 different windows, a set of curtains, a window box and several more fun details to create the perfect window shaker card.  I have 2 cards to share today.

This first card is a clean and simple way to showcase this adorable window die...

Queen and Co

To create this card, I scored a white card base every 1/2".  I die cut the window and then added a stenciled cloud panel behind the window.  I stamped the sentient along the bottom in black in and then added a red heart die cut in the window to finish off the card.

Queen and Co

The shaker window boxes are so easy to create.  For this next card, I added an embossed brick wall in white cardstock on the card base after die cutting the window through the card base.  This way I could create an actual window on the card front.

Queen and Co

I created the window shaker box by adding acetate on both sides and filled it with 2 different toppings.  I tucked the shutters on each side of the window box and then added the flower box and flowers right below the window.

Queen and Co

Last, I stamped some hearts inside the card and added the sentiment to the front.

Queen and Co

That is it for me today.  The Window Shaker Kit is definitely a fun one to have in your stash. Head on over to the Queen and Company store to check them out!

Thanks for stopping by today!

That silly duck....Queen and Co..

Hello!  I'm here with a couple of new cards using the Magical Characters Kit from Queen and Co.  My cards today are showcasing Donald Ducks hat...

Queen and Co.

To create this card, I added blue card stock on the bottom of the card and then cut a bow and 2 buttons with my Cameo.  Next, I stamped the adorable sentiment from the stamp set included in the kit.  I built the little shaker box hat and put some toppings inside so it make a shaking noise but I layered up the die cuts to cover the actual inside.  Kind of a fun change up of the original shaker window card.

Queen and Co.

This next card showcases a couple of the papers included in the paper pack.  They are adorable with bold colors and lots of patterns to chose from.

Queen and Co.

I layered up a couple of the papers on the card base and then stamped 2 of the sentiments on the bottom of the card.  I love the sentiments are perfect for Donald.  Next. I built the hat shaker box and added some Candy and Jewel toppings inside.  I added the box to the front of the card to finish it off.

Queen and Co.

I am so glad you stopped by today.  Hope you have a great day!

Bug Jar Shaker Kit...

Hey there! I am stopping in today with a couple new cards from the Bug Jar Kit.  This kit is filled with the most adorable toppings, an adorable stamp set and dies.  This kit is the perfect addition to the Love Jar kit which has its own stamps and toppings, but also includes the jar dies.  Check out the Queen and Company store to learn more about both kits.
(all supplies linked below)

I have 2 projects to share today.  This first card showcases the Jar shaker box and dies, along with some toppings from the Bug Kit....

Queen and Co

To create this card, I scored a white card base randomly with score lines.  I built the little shaker jar and added toppings from both the Love Jar Kit and the little bugs from the Bug Jar kit.  I also added the most adorable wooden stars.  Next, I stamped a sentiment on the tag and tied it on to the jar.  To finish off the card, I stamped and heat embossed a little butterfly stamp on vellum and attached it to the jar.

Queen and Co

This next project is a super simple little card set in a matching card holder...

Untitled

I cut 3, 3x4 card bases in white card stock. I took 3 sentiments and 3 adorable little bugs and stamped one on each of the cards.  I used Copics to quickly color each image.

Untitled

Next, I made this little pocket and turned it into a card holder.  All three cards fit perfectly inside.  I thought this would be a fun little gift to give to a friend!

That is it for me today.  Head on over to the Queen and Company Store and check out these adorable kits.  Don't forgot to check out all their shaker boxes and toppings!

Summer Shakers.....

Hey crafty friends, I'm here with a couple new cards using the Summer Shakers!

This first card was created using that adorable Palm Tree shaker box and....real sand!
(all supplies linked at the end of this post)

Queen and Co.

I lined the bottom of the card with Scor-Tape and then dunked it right in a tub of sandbox sand.  I did this a long long time ago for a card and I knew I had to try it again for this summer scene.  I added in some clouds in the background, the palm tree shaker box, a little sunshine die, of course, some cool summer drinks and a sentiment.  The sentiment comes in the Summer Shaker kit and is perfect for your summer cards.

Queen and Co.

The flip flops in the kit were calling my name so I created this clean and simple card...

Queen and Co.

First, I added in a very light landscape of sand with a brown ink and then added in some light clouds to ground the flip flops.  I die cut them next and added them to the card front using some foam tape for dimension.  Last, I heat embossed the sentiment on a vellum banner and did a little sewing along the top.  I added the card front to a Coral card base to finish if off.

These flip flops?  Aren't they just adorable!?

Queen and Co.

So that is it for me today.  I hope you are having a great day!  Thanks so much for stopping in!

Bug Jar {Queen and Company}...

Hey there! I'm with a couple new cards using the new Queen and Company Bug Jar additions to the Love Jar Kit.  That kit is a must have.  So many cute toppings and paper and stamps.  And now this?  Yep!  A must have too.  The little bug stamps are just too adorable and make for a fun card!
(all products used are linked below)

Or course, I did a clean and simple card to start out because I just had to showcase those cuties lady bugs....

Queen and Co.

I did a super soft ink blending in the background to add a little blue pop of color.  Next, I stamped and die cut the branch and the 2 lady bugs.  I added those to the card front with foam tape and stamped the sentiment to finish it off.  Easy peasy!

Queen and Co.

And of course, I had to make a shaker card...

Queen and Co.

I did a little could and grass ink blending with bright colors in the background to match that tiny bit of rainbow paper from the pack.  Next, I added in the jar, the toppings and the acetate and finished off with the new stamp from the Bug Jar set.  I stamped it on the rainbow paper and then die cut the top.  I stamped and die cut the little ribbon image and added the to the jar.  Last, I added in the sentiment, the little butterfly for one last detail.

Queen and Co.

I hope you have enjoyed my cards today!  So glad you came by!

All the Poms! {Queen and Co}

The  new Birthday Bash Kit from Queen and Company is so much fun!! Laurie Willison here bringing you 2 cards using all the new poms!

Queen and Company

This card was quick and easy to make.  I stenciled in some could, stamped the balloons and the sentiment in black ink and then added in the poms.  The stamp helps you place the pom poms perfectly.

Queen and Company

For this next card, I used the ice cream cone die.  I love this die!  It die cuts and embosses the little cone lines....

Queen and Company

I added 4 strips of patterned paper on the card base and then added in a diagonal piece of white cardstock down next.  I added a circle die cut in the middle to hold the ice cream cone.

Queen and Company

Last, I die cut and heat embossed this little banner for the sentiment.  Easy Peasy!

Working with this kit is so much fun!  I hope you will head over and check it out.  Thanks so much for coming by today!
