Hello friends! There is a new Craft-A-Flower and I am so excited to share it. It's a daisy! I have a couple projects to share using these amazing new dies so keep scrolling to check them out. I wanted to share a project using just one of the multi step dies to create a negative effect....
I used 2 of the layer dies on a full white card card front to create the top panel. I added some ink blending onto the white card base. I added foam tape to the pack of the die cut panel and then added it to the card base so the yellow ink shows through.
Next, I cut up a sentiment that I heat embossed on black cardstock and added that to the card front.
This next card uses the full Daisy die set to create a little bouquet....
I die cut the layers using a light gray for the base to show the shadows. I added in the layered greens for those gorgeous leaves.
I scored an aqua card base and added in the sentiment from Engraved Flowers and then layered in the daisies on top.

ReplyDeleteYou used the negative...how brilliant! It is such a detailed flower it still looks so good. And of course your second card is just gorgeous. Using the light grey card stock as a layer was another stroke of genius.

Never am I one to waste paper, so I appreciate seeing how effective this die set can be. sTill thinking of getting it! ;) I enjoyed seeing the daisies on the teal/blue background! Super sweet!
