Altenew February 2020 Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hi there!  So glad you are here today.  We are hopping today with Altenew and their February release.  Today we have Stencils, Standalone Dies and some pretty amazing decals to share.  Stop by the Altenew Shop by clicking HERE to see everything that is new today.  Keep scrolling to see the giveaways and the full blog hop list!

I have 2 projects today using new stencils and one of the new standalone dies.  The stencil this month are gorgeous and intricate and so easy to use!

Altenew

This first stencil is called Hand Drawn Tile.  It is a full size stencil but I used only the center square portion for today's card.  I blended in 2 colors of ink, Volcano Lake and Chamomile inside the stencil.   Blending the 2 gave the perfect layer of green in between. I cut down the center square and popped it up on another mat of white cardstock.

Altenew

I placed the square on a teal card base and then added in some Prisma colored pencil detail to the stencil.  Last, I heat embossed a sentiment from Sentiment Strips Stamp Set and added it to the center of the card.

On Point is another new stencil in today's release.  I just love the beautiful detail in this stencil and it made for a super quick and easy background.  I blended in some Frosty Pink, Chamomile and Sunray inks around the front of the stencil.

I sprayed the background with Silver Glitter Dust and then added in the new Fancy For You die.  I popped it up on fun foam for added dimension.  For a little extra detail, I added in some sequins.
