Taylored Expressions Masking Stencils....

It's a super exciting day!  My next round of Masking Stencils is here!  Introducing the new Hearts and Hexagons!!  I was thrilled with the response for the first 4 sets of Masking Stencils.  I have received so many messages and I just love that you love them too!  If you haven't heard of the Masking Stencils yet, click HERE.  Keep scrolling for a little video that Taylor and I made awhile back for the introduction of the Masking Stencils.

The stencils come in the following shapes...

and brand new...

I have 2 projects today using the new ones so lets get started!

CARDS

This first card uses the large Hexagon Masking Stencil.....

Taylored Expressions

To create this card, I lined up the Masking Stencil to the card front and blended ink in the hexagon stencil. Then I flipped the cardstock and blended ink in the area but this time used a darker shade.  I grabbed the Wavy Lines Stencil and blended one more time creating the stripes.  This was a super easy look to create.  The masking stencils make it so quick!

Next, I used the new set called Follow Your Heart to stamp the adorable Valentine sentiment.  I also grabbed one of the new Mini Strips- Asymmetrical Dies and added in the Happy Valentines Sentiment, from Mini Strips - Valentine, right below.

One more clean and simple card using the new Heart Masking Stencil....

Taylored Expressions

To create this card, I lined the card front up with the lines on the Heart Masking Stencil.  I blended in a light Coral ink.  Then I layered the Scattered Floral Stencil over the top and blended in some red ink.

I used the amazing new sentiment set called Hand-lettered Love and stamped Happy Valentines Day in Black ink.  To give the white space a little bit of subtle detail, I scored every half inch on the front side of the card so I could avoid scoring in the heart.  Then I flipped it over and rescored the lines to push them back out on the front side.
