Here is today's card....

I took the card front and did a little ink blending along the bottom of the card stock.  I stamped in some of the sea weed along the sides with the sentiment in black.  

Using some make up sponges, I blended up the ink on the fish to give them a fun colorful look.  Last, I added in some clear rain drops for a little extra detail.
