This little bitty stamp set from Lawn Fawn is SO much fun. And you know...now that I am trying to color again (for the billionth time), I love these fun little images. We had a crafty weekend recently and I was completely inspired by all the ladies and their big bags of Copics. I wondered if I would try it again when I got home with my cups of 18 markers...and I did! An easy image...but its a step!
So I cut out a Lil Inker Stitched Rectangle and lined it up in the corner of my Misti. I lined up these 3 images on the grid so they were nice and straight. I stamped them with Tuxedo Memento. I don't know about you...but I am not a fan of that black. My go-to black is Versafine Black Onyx. It is so amazingly bold and perfect and next to it, Memento looks like a dark gray.
I proceeded to color these fun little hedgehogs and when I was done realized I still had my stamps lined up in the Misti. People have been double stamping all over the place with the Misti and it works great!
So I put the stitched rectangle back in the Misti and added another layer of Versafine Black Onyx. It gave it a nice bold look over the top of that Memento. I also added a dot of Glossy Accents into that little heart.
Last, I added a heart onto the envelope. I made a little 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 envelope to go with this little Mini card. That envelope maker is such a great tool to have!
So that's it for me today! I have a card for the Simon Says April Card Kit coming up soon! :)
Have a great night!
