Heather's Monday Sketch

Ok, I promise only one more post for the day! Can you tell it is just one of those days that I have actually had time to sit here and do this?

This is from Heather Scott's blog. Her Monday sketch....

And here is my version! Not exactly the same but kinda...sorta!

Last post of the day....I promise! :)

Ok just one more!

So, I am double posting today! One more I had to add! This one was a fun one that I made a long time ago! I can't even remember where I found the idea for this but I thought it was awful cute! Just some paper and a sewing machine....and some buttons!

If I remember right, I scored every 3/4 inch and then stitched along the edge of the score. I used a Creative Memories cutting wheel to decorate the edges and then Cuttlebug tags and letters to finish!

Oh How!!

Well, I have finally found my way out of a huge case of "Stampers Block." I went to a stamping party the other night and was able to feel a little creative again!

My favorite TAC sets right now....Oh How and Ordinary Greetings, were a good choice for my project. These are 2 coordinating sets, one of images and sentiments and the other is just a bunch of sentiments!

I wanted to see what I could do with a marker set instead of using ink. I just basically colored the image with a marker and then stamped.

Having several cards with the same image and different variations, would be fun. So I decided to make a few cards with different layouts. I made about 4 cards that I was pretty happy with!

The main thing is....they are so simple! So many times you can get caught up in technique, technique, technique! I just used one simple technique and went from there! Here are my pics below!

Here is the first card:

Scrapbook Pages

I have several new scrapbook pages that I am going to share. Some of them include stamping and some don't. It has been a while since I have made a page and now I remember how much I love scrapbooking!

Here is a page that I made using Ameila paper and a TAC stamp set called "little things." Also I used some flourish stamps along the side and the corner stamps on the right edges.

Here is a page I made for Rylee of her first T-Ball games. I took pics at every game and then made one page! I used my favorite new stickers....Thickers! for the title!

This is one of my favortie pages! These pics were taken at Rylee's 4th birthday! I used my Creative Memories scalloped edge ruler for the edges. I used white ink for the background flourishes. Then hole punched the edges for the ribbon. I also used Thickers for the number 4 and covered it in Stickles. This was a fun page to make!

I am in the mood to crop now! So I am sure I will have more pages coming! Thanks for looking!

Happy Birthday Card

I made a birthday card for a little

one I know and I had to post it.

It is made from the "Wild for

You" set. It is such a cute set and

it will make lots of adorable kid cards.

The Happy Birthday is from the "Ordinary

Greetings" set. I love this set because it

is such a cute font and has all different kinds

of greetings and labels.

I used a small piece of brown scrappers floss

in the corner and then applied pop dots to

the main image to make it stand out!

Hope you like it!
