Here are 4 cards I whipped up.  I love how fast they go together.  Feeling a little stumped?  Go to Pinterest and type in "Card Sketches" and that will get the mojo flowing.  You can use the sketches you find to build cards with the inspiration you find there!

Taylored Expressions Valentines Release...


Hello friends.  Taylored Expressions has an amazing new Valentines Release today and I am super excited to share my projects!  Check out the end of my post for an awesome bundle deal available only until Sunday!


I decided to channel my friend Heather and pull out some Kraft cardstock for this first project....

This card uses the new background stamp/clear stamp combo set called Hearts a Plenty, combined with Handlettered Love and the Heart of Hearts Layered Stencil.  I blended the stencil hearts in white ink and I am digging that look!  I added in the die cut hearts and the sentiment to finish it off. 

This next card combines Half a Heart Layered Stencil and another sentiment from Handlettered Love....


Taylored Expressions


I stencil a full background and framed it with a 1/2" scored frame.  Then decided to turn it on its side and cut the end off just making a fun layer for the white card base.  I tucked in 3 little heart banner from Tag Team Valentine and then popped up the sentiment on fun foam.  Last, I added in some clear drops for a little extra detail.

I create 3 little coordinating Scalloped Gift Bags to fill full of love.  Or Chocolate!  :). I used the Tag Team Dies to create little labels across the top.  Super simple!  Can you also spot the little watermarked heart stamp on the bottom of each bag?  :)

Altenew Fresh Start Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway



Hello there!  I am so excited to be here today with a new release from Altenew.  There are so many new stamps, dies and stencils to see!  I am showcasing 2 new sets.  


This first one is called Blocked Sentiments.  I decided to go with a quick and simple tag project using this set....

I used my favorite Altenew Washi, Calming Bouquet,  to add a little quick design to the bottom of each of the tag and then a sentiment from the new Blocked Sentiments to create these inspirational tags.

This next card using the new set Airbrushed Flowers.  I stamped the outlines of the flower in a light gray ink and then added just a little color to the insides.  I decided to leave out the middles of the flowers to keep them very soft in color and quick and simple.

I die cut them using the coordinating dies and aded them to the card front.  Last, I stamped the sentiment on the card front and added some black paint mist for a little extra detail.

Altenew Build-A-Flower: Cora Louise Peony Release Blog Hop + Giveaway


Hello friends!  Today, Altenew has an awesome new Build-A-Flower called the Cora Louise Peony.  It is a beautiful multi step bloom with so many possibilities.

To create this card, I did some light stenciling in the background with the Sketched Lines Stencil and then popped up 2 of the blooms on the front of the card.  I tucked in the leaves and added a sentiment on the front.  Super quick and Easy!
