Sending My Love {Spellbinders}...

Have you seen Yana's new collection from Spellbinders?  Well it is gorgeous!  I have a super clean and simple card today using Yana's Sentiments from the Foiled Basics Collection.  

To create this card, I folded a white card base and then did some ink blending in ombre fashion on the background.  Next, I took a one of the dies from the A2 Matting Basics A Card Creator Etched Dies and did a frame of hot foil using the die on a white cardstock panel.  I LOVE this effect.  

Next, I grabbed one of Yana's Sentiments, Sending My Love, and hot foiled it using the Spellbinders Hot Foiling System.  It comes with coordinating dies so I cut it out and it was perfect!  I just love these clean and simple sentiments.  I die cut the sentiment in fun foam as well, layered them, and then added them to the card front.   Using the same ink from the background, I found a little heart die and added that to the front of the card.

GLIMMER HOT FOILED PROJECT

Here is my card using these adorable eggs!

First, I used the basket from the Large Die of the Month Kit and die cut it in Kraft cardstock.  I love the little embossing panel that gives the basket so much detail.  I added that to a scored white card base with foam tape for dimension.  

Next, I hot foiled the eggs and the sentiment with Gold Foil.  I added some color to each egg by blending in a little shadow.  I tucked them into the basket along with the greenery and flowers from the Large Die of the Month Kit.  I love how these 2 kits go together!

Altenew Build-A-Flower: Canterbury Bells Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello!  We are blog hopping today to share the new Build-A-Flower at Altenew.  This new bloom is called Canterbury Bells and it is gorgeous!  Check it out....

Here is my project....and then keep scrolling for the hop giveaway, and then a full list of stops to see more build-a-flower inspiration.

These new blooms were super easy to stamp.  I lined them up in my Misti and got beautiful results.

I stamped the outlines in black and white, along with a sentiment, and then added in the main colored image.  I added in a few clear drops to the card too for a little extra detail.
