Thanks for all You Do!

I had a customer ask for a pink and black, elegant Thank You card!  Here is what I came up with!  Kinda reminds of a black tie event...hmmm, go figure!  Black tie?  Where?

Have a great day!

More Graduation Cards!

Just wanted to share some more Grad cards!  I have had lots of orders for this type of card with different HS's and University's!  These have been fun but challenging to make so I got some inspiration from the PTI DT and their cards in the gallery!

This one is similar to Kim Hughes' card but I added the blue ribbon ruffle...yes another one!  LOL!

This card's inspiration came from one of Erin Lincoln's...(Baylor grad)

This one I am not a fan of!  For some reason I couldn't get this one to work out!  I am thinking it is the blue!  Red and black are easy but when I added in blue it didn't work!  Does this mean that maybe I am a K-State Fan?  Hmmmmm?  Maybe I can make a purple card instead! (The stars are grayed out because they are sparkly IRL! It just didn't show up for the pic!)

I showed a card like this the other day but this one I added the school initials and some sanding on the white core card stock...

So that's it!  Just wanted to share!  Hope you are having a great day!  If you have links to cards you made with this set, link me in your comment!  I need to see some more samples!  Thanks!

Graduation....already?

Stoppin' in with a quick graduation card!  I have had ALOT of orders for grad cards and I just love this set and am so glad I got in just in time!  This one uses our local school colors!  I have orders for Baylor, CSU, Jayhawks just to name a few....so having this perfect set with some school color coordinated cardstock helps out alot!

I colored the stars and the tassel with a Stardust Gel Pen for some sparkle....thus the grayish tint in the picture!

Thanks for coming by today!  Hope its a good one!

One more Mother's Day...

I had to stop in and share the mother's day card I made for my mom!  Hopefully she won't see it until she gets here! :)  I love this PTI Anniversary set!  That PD background is too fun!  And of course, I had to try another ribbon ruffle!

The way the Grad stamp works with the Anniversary set is just great!  I love that stamp and I love that I can add different "centers"!

Hope your Mother's Day is a fantastic one!  See you soon!

Happy Mothers Day!

OK did you miss me?  I haven't posted in a week!  I did get a couple of emails asking where I was!  Well, I have been PTO'ing it (not to be confused with PTI'ing it!) this last week!  We had a Teacher Appreciation Spa Day for our Grade School on Monday!  It was so much fun and OH the chocolate!  (OH and I had the 12th Anniversary of my 21st birthday! hehe! And you know that is an important day!) So yes, I am still here!  Thanks for the sweet notes in my inbox!

So, I had this really sweet husband of a friend call and ask me to make her a Mother's Day card!  I won't name any names just in case she sees this!  I am excited for her to see it and hope she loves it!  It also goes along with the Paper Dolls challenge this week!  Suzanne came up with a fantastic sketch and I am so excited to dust off my stamps after a week and play!  Here is my card.....

I used Ashley Newells Ribbon technique!  So cute and easy!  Just one more fun thing to do with ribbon!  (And don't look at the big honkin' pop dot sticking out on the left side!  I posted this and fixed it right away!  NICE!)

Thanks for stopping by today!  Hope you have had a great week!  (I am going to have to get on my VERY FULL reader and check out what you have all been doing and leave you some luv!)
