Here is another card with that super fun TAC set Wonder and Joy! I just love the little ones in this set! I added some Raspberry Fizz and Enchanted Evening to this one! Along with some polka dots and buttons!

Ok so this is my second post for today!  Oops!  Scroll down to see my first one!

As much as I love layers and layers and bling and stuff.....I also love clean and simple!  Today I have 2 cards that are just so fun and bright and clean!  Ok here is the first one....

I love that butterfly die and that coordinating set!  What a smart and fun idea! 

Here is a card that is totally cased by Maile Belles.  When I saw her post, I put everything down and went to make one of my own!  I love how she raised the front and added the buttons!  She does amazing work!  I usually don't case,  but I had to jump in and re-create this one!

Just Because...

I have been in the mood to color again here lately! Those moods only come every great once in awhile anymore. I am really loving the quick and easy of a good old solid stamp! BUT, I do love my Gamsol and colored pencils! So, I picked a small image and did a little coloring. This tree is from Verve and I just think it is an adorable image!


Throw in a PTI background and sentiment and I have one fun card!

Praying for You

I am loving the new Beautiful Blooms Dies!  They are so fun!  Today I tried out the dies with Foam and let me tell you how cute they turned out!  I even stamped on the foam and the image came out really clear!  So I didn't take away from the stamped image, I just used one layer and a button!

One thing I tried to do and didn't, was use orange in this card.  I found the purple, black, orange, kraft and white as a color combo but I couldn't pull it off!  I am loving the color and all that I am seeing with it!  I am just NOT good at using it.  So, going back to my table now to try something with the color Orange!  We will see what I come up with!

I am always running out of birthday cards in my "cards for sale" box. Along with the more detailed cards, I always try to make up some quick ones to throw in there! Patterened paper for me is just the key! I love this Basic Grey! It makes the cutest cards! Just quick and simple!

I love Beyond Basic Borders....thanks to my friend Jen and Betsy Veldman! A super cute card in Paper Crafts magazine caused us to NEED this set! :)

Next, I just have to show off my Vintage Button ring! I wear this thing everywhere and I get so many complements on it! It was made by my friend Heather! She does amazing things with Button Jewelry! I need to have her make me one out of some PTI colors! That would be fun!

Lovin' the Dots!

Dot Spot is a new favorite of mine! So many possibilites for cards and for scrapbook pages! I have seen so many cute things with this set recently! Someone made a card lately with Enchanted Evening....it made me buy the paper and the ribbon! :) And so I used that inspiration to make this card....

Love the Sweet Blush with this deep blue! I think its a fun combo!

Little Spring Blog Hop

Welcome to our little blog hop! Recently, my friend Stacy invited me to join in, showcasing spring projects! Boy do I love to hear "Spring", because here in Kansas, it is only the flowers here in my scrapbook room that I see in bloom! We just had snow this last weekend and I am so ready for warm temperatures!

So here is my first Springy card!

That flower was so much fun to make! I got the idea from Betsy's blog! She is so super crafty! I just used white tissue paper and got the fluffiest flower! I love it! And that felt? It matches Raspberry Fizz perfectly!! I got it from Hobby Lobby! It is more of a sheet of felt...kinda stiff stuff that cuts amazing!!

For the next card I had to add in some Easter! I can't believe it's almost that time again!



I found these little clay flowers at Hobby Lobby and knew I had to add them in somewhere! They go perfect behind this Lemon Tart bow!

Don't you love it when you get happy mail? This is something other than a bill, junk mail, ads, etc! In this case, it was my PTI order!

I got Beautiful Blooms II and the dies in this order and so, of course, I had to jump in and make something!

I started out with Beyond Basic Borders and made the bottom and worked my way up! Thought it worked out for a nice Springy card!

So my friend Amy, brought this set to our Stamping Away weekend. And then my friend Jen got her hands on it. She made like 25 cards with it that day...not really, but it was a bunch! And they were all cute. So then she went and ordered it. And then I felt like I just had to have it too. Isn't it crazy how we enable each other? We really do.

When it boils down to it....this hobby is all Jen's fault really. If she would have never introduced me to stamping......I would never have spent so much money. Don't worry Jen! It's not all your fault! Amy brought the set right? :) hehehehe

Hello and a winner!

Happy Monday morning to all of you! Hope your weekend was great! Stoppin' in today with a card and a blog candy winner! First off......my card!

This is an adorable little gal from TAC's Wonder and Joy set! (love you barb!!) I LOVE this set and was so in the mood to color this weekend! I finished 3 cards with the little ones from this set! This one here is my fav! (The colors in the pic are a little bright but in RL they match perfectly!)



I just think she is so cute! She reminds me of my little one! I colored her with Prismas and OMS! Added some fantastic Bazzill Polka Dots, twine, a button, some white gel pen and some silver pearls!

Ok, now......the winner of my little pile of candy is...... (drawn from a hat by my dd!)

Little Bundle

Had to stop in with a favorite! I made this recently and just love the colors! The pea pod is from a retired TAC set and the sentiment is from PTI's Signature Greetings!

LOVE that Raspberry Fizz color from PTI! Makes a great combo with that bright green Bazzill!

Gone digi....

No, not totally but just for now! :) I found this fantastic digi stamp that I couldn't live without! You can go HERE to see all of Heather's stamps! They are sooo cute! This is my first time to use a digi stamp ever and I really like it!

So, here is my little nurse card. I am a RN and I just felt like I needed to have a nurse stamp in my stash! She goes perfectly with the PTI Polka Dots and one of the sentiments in PTI's Everyday Button Bits!

I colored her with colored pencils and oms! Her cheeks are a little rosy but other than that I am pretty happy with her!

A card and some Blog Candy....Finally!

Did you think that I forgot about my blog? I didn't, I promise! I have just had way too much going as usual!

I just got back from a great trip to Colorado where I got to do some crafting with my sister, Steph and my friend Julie! It was alot of fun! The crop was at my aunt's tea parlor in Littleton, CO. If you want some excellent food and tea, stop by Mrs. B's....it's ranked #2 tea parlor in Colorado and it's named after my Grandma! :)

So, I have a card today and some blog candy!! Here is a card I made up the other day with some new PTI stamps!

I just love these colors and I was in need of a more masculine card, so this one hit the spot!
