Paper Dolls challenge #32

We have a new challenge on our Paper Dolls blog this last week! Here is Amy's challenge:

"Hi everyone! It's Amy here and today is another challenge day here at the Papertrey Paper Dolls blog and I am so glad to be the host this week. For my challenge I wanted to make a Spring card focusing on EMBOSSING with any floral image from PTI. "

The Challenge
1. Embossing
2. Use any floral image from PTI
3. Spring colors

You can go HERE to check out the Paper Dolls blog and to link up your challenge card! We would LOVE to have you play along too!

Here is my card for this weeks challenge....

I stamped the flowers in Bella Rose Palette and Toile Palette!  The for the more detailed stamps, I used Versamark and White Filigree Embossing Powder!  I love Amy's challenge just for this reason...I never emboss!  And then makes me want to do it more often!  :)

I know you have seen this Argyle background before!  I kinda like it!  Its so easy to line up that stamp 3 times and then score each edge at 1/2 inch!  Super easy!

I am so glad you stopped by today!  I hope that you can find a few minutes to play along with us!  We have challenges every other Thursday and there are lots of challenges still open!  If you go back through the Paper Dolls blog and see one you like, link up!

Have a great day!

I just can't believe the amazing talent you have. I love how you embossed just the veins of the flowers. It really adds dimension. That bow is gorgeous with the button and twine. You also used many of my favorite PTI colors. Wow!

Wow Laurie! I LOVE LOVE LOVE what you've done for my challenge! Makes me want to go find this set and try just the embossed veins! That is soo cool! I am in love with this embossing powder....it gives such defined lines! I wish however that Spiral Bouquet had better sentiments that went along with this beautiful flowery set.

What a great idea to emboss part of the blooms! Brilliant! The rest of the card is fabulous as well, but I especially like the focal image!
