Altenew

This gorgeous new floral is called Bold Bouquet Stamp Set.  The stamp set alone is pretty amazing but then you can throw in a coordinating stencil set to make it even more fabulous.  Using the stencils allowed me to color this gorgeous image in a super quick and easy way.  You can also buy the full Bold Bouquet Bundle which includes the coordinating die set by clicking HERE!

Altenew

To finish off this card, I drew a partial frame around the card front with a ruler and black pen.  I also added a sentiment using the Essential Sentiments Hot Foil Plate and Die.  This hot foil plate will foil 9 sentiments at once and the die will cut them out all at once!  LOVE!!  This makes adding a sentiment to your card SO easy!  Not to mention with that amazing shine!

I have one last card to share today using the new Round About Fall Foliage Die.

The Greetery - Harvest Fest Day 2...

Welcome to Day 2 of the Harvest Fest Release!  Release day at The Greetery is almost here.  Every thing you have seen over the last 2 days will be available tomorrow, Wednesday, August 30th at 10am EST.  You can click HERE to shop when the release is live!

I have 3 more cards to share today.  The Fall feel of this release is amazing and also has me dreaming of cooler temps and crisp fall evenings!

Check out this first card....

The Greetery

This first card was created using the new Elegant Entrance: Arches Die.  I love the window and its moveable parts.  There is even a die to add in those little gold details.  Using the new Autumn Harvest Die, I added in the perfect porch decor for this fun Fall scene.  I added a black and white striped rug using the Cozy Cup Coaster Die.  To add in some detail behind the doors, I used the new Herringbone Parquet Die.  I love that woodgrain look!  To finish off the card, I added the sentiment from the new set called Thanks All Ways Stamp Set.

Another fun new die on this next card....

The Greetery

This one is called Fall Folk Dies.  While this die works perfectly with the new Plump Pumpkins Dies, it also create a pretty cool design for a quick and simple card!  I simply cut the die out of the center of a dark gray card front and then embossed it using the Aida Cloth Texture Plate. I added a simple sentiment using the Little Labels Stamp and Cut Combo and then lining the inside of the card with a light gray panel so that cut out really pops!

One last card.....

The Greetery

This card showcases the Wildwood Stamp Set.  There are some beautiful blooms and greenery in this set with so many possibilities.  I kept it simple with a little Crimped Frame Panel with the blooms popped up on foam tape.  A quick simple for an easy birthday card!

The Greetery - Harvest Fest Day 1...

Hey there crafty friends!  It's time for another fabulous release over at The Greetery.  Betsy's amazing attention to detail is so evident in this months line up.  Stamps, Dies and Stencils....all perfect for fall! Keep scrolling to see today's projects and the list of blogs in today's showcase.  Don't forget to leave a comment on each stop for more chances to win!

Let's get started!

The Greetery

Probably one of my favorite little dies in the August release is the new Jumbo Curiosity Acorn Die.  It works perfectly for a focal point of any card.  I layered it onto an Arches Die Cut and then added in the sentiment from the new Thanks All Ways Stamp and Die Set.  Love that scripty font!  I attached this arched panel to a green card base that I layered with the previously released  Tartan Builder Stencils and then die cut with the Patchwork Die.  Love the combo of those 2 products to give the perfect quilt background!

The Greetery

I pulled out the Tartan Builder Stencils for a second plaid background to showcase the
new To Pie For Die set!

The Greetery

This card was super easy to make and SO much fun!  I ink blended up that background and then cut it down so a little of the white card base would show from the top.  I die cut all the pieces of the To Pie For Die set in Kraft cardstock and then added in some ink blending around the edges.  Next, I cut the cherry background.  I did a little extra with this piece.  I wanted those cherries to really shine through so I used drops of Glossy Accents on the cherries and let it dry.  I assembled the pie and added in the little leaves on the top and then finished it off with the Hey, Cutie Pie sentiment from the new set called Fall Foodie Phrases Stamp and Die Set.

The Greetery

With this last card, I went a little outside of the box...

The Greetery

The Carmel Apple Die set is so adorable with LOTS of possibilities.  But when I saw the "You're the Apple of my eye" sentiment, I knew it could make of for a super easy Teacher card.  I paired the apple and the sentiment with the Curio: Cover Die to make a little frame for the chalkboard.  I used black cardstock and then ink blended some white ink on it to give it the perfect finish.  I just love that big apple in the new set.  So cute!

To create this card, I added the white card front to the white card base.  Before attaching, I did a little masking and ink blending in the top corner just to give the background an easy bit of detail.  I die cut the candy canes and layered them up with the bows included in the set.  To finish off the card, I added in another Holiday College Hero Transfers sentiment.

Gnomes!! {Spellbinders}...

Hey there crafty friends!  I am stopping in today with a new die set from Spellbinders called Gnome Drive.  It is the cutest set of dies with a little gnome and the most adorable car.  In the set there is also a tree and a gift.  In today's card, I loaded up the little car with gifts, paired it with a hot foiled sentiment and done!  Come check it out....

Spellbinders

To create this card, I grabbed an old Christmas text background stamp.   Using Versamark, I stamped it on a piece of green cardstock and then added a scored frame around the card base.  Next, I hot foiled the sentiment from Gifts of Christmas Glimmer Hot Foil Plates.  I used foam tape to add that to the bottom of the card.

Spellbinders

After building the car, gnome and gift packages, I layered them all up to create a fun little car scene.  I popped them up with foam tape for the added dimension.

Spellbinders

This card was so easy to make and so much fun!  Check out the Gnome Drive die set by clicking HERE!  You can also get several additions to this set in the Gnome Drive Collection.  Click HERE to see them all!

Are you new to hot foiling?

Spellbinders has a platform called Glimmer Hot Foil System.  This platform heats up metal plates called Glimmer Plates.  These glimmer plates come in ALL different types....sentiments, florals, backgrounds, graphic details etc....and add the most gorgeous foiling detail to your cards.  And the foils?  There are LOTS of different colors to chose from!

Here are some links to help point you in the right direction....

The Glimmer Hot Foil System works great with a Platinum 6 Die Cut machine from Spellbinders but also works with other die cut machines. You can click HERE to see a compatibility chart.

First you heat up the platform and your glimmer plate on the Glimmer System Platform.  Then you add in the foil and the cardstock and run it thorough your die cut machine.  Once you pull off the foil negative, the magic happens!  That foil that is set on your cardstock and the results are just gorgeous!
