You are my Sunshine {Concord and 9th}...

Concord and 9th has several new sets this month and I wanted to stop in and share a few more projects using these sets!  

First up I made a card using my favorite ever rainbow set called Rainbow Wishes from Concord and 9th.  Sadly, this set was just retired but you can still get the Rainbow Wishes Dies that you can use to make a card very similar to this!

To add detail to this card, I used the new Kids are Grand sentiment set and the Kids are Grand dies.  I added a frame using a straight edge and a pen to complete this card.   I just love that little sunshine die!  So cute!

I created 2 cards using the Petite Pals and the Petite Pals dies.....

I used a masking stencil for this first card and added the sky and grass.  Then I stamped the adorable little Pals and cut them out.  I popped them up holding the little banner die.  Just for a fun little detail, I added in some washi in the top corner. 

I wanted to try a different layout for this next card, using the same elements....

I added in the grass and sky color with some ink blending and then popped up the pals and their banner a little spaced out.  I did have to do a little mirror stamping to create her upper body so she could hold the banner in the correct way.  Again, I added the little bit of washi just for some added sparkle.

This card was so fun to make with the white die cut lattice backed with lavender cardstock.  I added the extra details to the front to create the perfect little Easter card.

This next card uses the new Good Egg Background, Be Joyful Sentiment Set and another little Wooden Bunny!  You can also get a little pack of pom poms perfect for the bunny tail!

 

I created a tag using the new Oh Hoppy Day Stencil and the Pierced Tag Stacklets.   I added a Simple Strip Easter sentiment along with flowers from the Spring Wreath Dies and finished it off with a Wooden Bunny.

 

For my last card, I used the new Wood Plank Background and Spring Spray.  I heat embossed the flower image nd then did a little watercoloring to add color.  I used Simple Strips Easter Blessings to add a sentiment and finished it off with the clear drops!

Altenew Paint-A-Flower: Clematis & Artist Alcohol Markers Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello friends!  Today Altenew has some new Alchohol Marker Sets available and I did a little coloring.  Altenew's markers blend so easily that it has really made it fun to color!

To create this card, I used the Tulip 3D Embossing folder to create a texture for the background.  Then using the new Sunshine Valley Garden Set, I colored up these roses and leaves.  I am no pro when it comes to coloring so I just simply layered in some color and let the markers do the blending. 

I added my favorite sentiment strip sentiment in to finish off the card!

Yay for Birthday's {Concord and 9th}...

I am so excited to be back with another post for the February Release at Concord and 9th!  Today is all about the birthday's!  I have several cards because I had so much fun playing with all these new goodies.  

These first 2 cards use the Birthday's Perfect Pairings dies....

First, I used Concord and 9th's amazing cardstock for these coordinating backgrounds.  I cut 1/2" strips and then cut them in half so I had enough for 2 cards.  I simply die cut the Perfect Parings dies in white and attached them to the card fronts. 

   I added the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Let's Party Turnabout. Easy Peasy!

This next card features the Let's Party Turnabout.  I love these stamps and how you can create the perfect background every time.  

I did a little masking by using an older set from Concord and 9th and then mixed in the Birthday sentiment in the middle.  I added the balloon from the yay for Birthday's set.....

The next 2 cards were made from the Yay for Birthday's Bundle.  I couldn't pick a color combo so I thought I would share them both.  I love Concord and 9th's amazing ink.  So bright and colorful!

I added black fun foam yay's to the center of each of the big ones.  Definitely an easy card and of course so many color combos to choose from!

Hero Arts 2021 Catalog Release Blog Hop

Welcome to the Hero Arts 2021 Catalog Blog Hop!  I am so excited to join my friends at Hero to share a few of the latest products from the new catalog.  To see it in full, click HERE!  Keep scrolling for prize information....don't forget to leave a comment on each stop today for more chances to win!  There is also a full list of stops on today's hop.  Let's get started!

This first card uses the new background stamp called Circular Grid Bold Prints.  This background has a million possibilities but I saw it and instantly thought tie dye!  First, I heat embossed it onto white cardstock and then added color to each ring. It was quick and easy to do to give it that messy tie dye look. I used a Rectangle Infinity Die to cut the center out and pop it up on the card base.  Next, I used the new Happy Thanks set to create this fun dimensional sentiment.  I cut thanks out of white cardstock and fun foam, attached them together and then added it to the card front.  

I have always loved text backgrounds so I grabbed another new one to use on today's card.  This scripty background is called Script Bold Prints. 

I stamped the background on pink cardstock and then cut it out with one of the Nesting Postage Infinity Dies.  I added the front panel to  the same light pink card base.   I die cut the Mailbox Fancy Die out out of white cardstock and added that to the front with foam tape.  I added the hello die to the front and did a quick glossy accents coat.  I finished it off with the little envelope tucked in the mailbox with a tiny glittery heart.
