CARD

Christmas is right around the corner so if you haven't started on your cards, you can start soon and get a good start!  Today's hop will have lots of holiday inspiration for sure!

Here is my clean and simple Santa card...

Spellbinders

To create this card, I started with a striped stamped background on a white card base.  Next, I built the Santa face.  I love these dies because although there are several small pieces, they are so easy to put together.  I die cut each piece in white cardstock and then simply colored his hat, face, eyes and nose with Copics.  Then I was able to put him together quickly!  So simple!

Next, I used one of the Classic Rectangle Nestabilities Dies to create the back panel for the Santa.  I have had these dies for years and I still love them like I did when I got them.  They make the most finished looking panels for your card fronts.  I love the embossed edge!

I popped the rectangle up on fun foam after stamping "believe" in the bottom corner.  Last, I used my big ole roll of foam tape and added Santa!

Spellbinders

I love the clean, bright white look of this card, with the pops of red!  Keep scrolling to learn about the giveaway and check out all the stops on the hop!

  15. Oh, my but he is just amazing. Thank you. And also I love the look of the rectangle die. I kind of overlooked them because I have one set already, but the finished product is really in a class by itself and very elegant. Maybe two sets isn't really overly extravagant! Thank you.
