CARDS
I have 3 cards to share today using the sets Best Dad, Best Mom and Story of Us.

My first card was created using the Best Dad stamp set. This stamp set is full of the perfect images, all dad related. I chose this adorable mug to create a simple background....
I stamped a sentiment on a rectangle panel and then popped one more mug up on foam tape.

Altenew has a set for mom's called Best Moms. It includes the most amazing flower stem that I can't get enough of!
I scored the card base with random lines and stamped the sentiment in between. I colored up that flower stamp with Copics and popped it up on the card front. Last, I added in some black gems to finish off the card.

One of my favorite Altenew stamp sets is called Story of Us. These beautiful blooms are easy to stamp and there are several gorgeous sentiments.
I stamped and die cut the blooms and leaves and added them to a card base lined with a strip of black and white striped pattern paper. I stamped the sentiment, from the Best Moms set, just above the flowers so I could keep a nice big area of white space. I do love white space!

ReplyDeleteI love all three of your cards but the "mom, you are my sunshine" card is my favorite. Mostly because my mother used to sing me that song when i was little and now i sing it to my daughter. Beautiful.

ReplyDeleteLovely cards! The sentiment 'Mom you are my sunshine' is just perfect. Altenew is such a creative company - I only wish their customer service was better. I placed an order back in February and am still waiting for the replacement items (stamps and a dry ink) that were never shipped to me. I have even received another of my orders in the meantime. :(
