It's time for a new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!

For this card, I used the Whimsy set called Happy Everything. I stamped the little start bursts in Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise and Hibiscus Burst. Then I used the Happy die to cut out that adorable sentiment. The background is made with Versamark stripes. I added in the "birthday" on a vellum banner and then finished it off with some white enamel dots.
