Back today with another Verve sketch! This time I picked #4! Should I be going in order? Nah!
I had a super hard time with the circle! I had something in bright orange in there before and just had to rip it out and start over! I don't know why I couldn't make that work, so instead I tried an actual full circle with a little embossing!
I love this Verve sentiment! It is just beautiful! The perfectionist in me is not loving the smudged Text Style background. I think I should go fix that!
Going to work on the last 2 sketches! If you haven't played with these yet, you should! They are great for getting the creativity flowing!

ReplyDeleteYou know, I had the HARDEST time with this sketch. I'm not sure why as it seemed so easy when I started it. Finally, though, I got something done (you'll see it tomorrow)but yeah it took me almost 3 hours to get this sketch into a card. I was never quite comfy with the circle!! I love your take on it, though, and that sentiement IS really nice.
