MFT August Countdown Day 2...

Welcome to Day 2 of the MFT Countdown.  Today we are getting into some adorable Halloween Stamps sneaks.  

This new set is called Best Witches and it is filled with adorable images to create a fun halloween scene.

To create this card, I masked off a large circle in the background and did some ink blending to create the moon.  I stamped the bats from the set in the moon and the colored, die cut and popped up that adorable witch onto the card front.  I tucked in a piece of washi tape under her legs and the then stamped the sentiment along the bottom.  

I mounted the card front onto a purple card base to finish off the card.

Here is today's card....

I did some fun washi masking and ink blending on the background of this card.  I blended stronger on the sides and less ink in the middle to give it a kind of shine look.

I rainbow colored up the stack of book and then popped it up on a cloud embossed panel using the Above the Clouds Embossing Folder.  I matted the embossed folder with another piece of white yardstick and then stamped the sentiment in the clouds. 

I made a matching book mark....

The sentiment is perfect for a book mark.  I wanted to keep this simple so I added another row of rainbow books along the bottom of the book mark.

MFT August Release Countdown...

It's Day 3 of the MFT Release and I have a little squirrelly card to share using the new set called Squirrel....

I blended up some cards on a masked card base, leaving just a little 1/8" border around the base.  I added in the new Tucked in Turf Grass die along the bottom.  I colored up a couple of the images from the set and then added the bannered sentiment across the top.

MFT August Release Countdown...

It's Countdown week at MFT and I am jumping in here on day 4.  There is a new die that has my heart and it has the cutest name....Rainbow Bright Die-namics.  Today I have paired this big rainbow die with the new free with any purchase set called Jumping Giraffe....

I did a little Cloud Stenciling on the card base and then added in the new rainbow die.  I layered the Stitched Cloud Edger Dies and the a layer of grass along the bottom.

I colored up that adorable giraffe and popped him up on foam tape in front of the rainbow.  Last, I stamped in the sentiment along the top.

Altenew Build-A-Flower: Bellflower Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello friends!  Altenew is releasing a new Build-A-Flower today called the Bellflower, along with some coordinating dies.  Check out this bundle that also includes some of Altenew's gorgeous ink cubes...

I created a simple white card base by stamping the vines. 

 I stamped 3 of the flowers and cut them out with their dies.  I popped them up on foam tape for some added dimension.  

Next, I stamped the sentiment from More than Words across in the bottom of the card in Altenew's Obsidian Black Ink.  

Last, I layered the card front onto a card base with a little edging of Beach Towel Strips Stencil.  I adore that stencil and I am trying hard not to use it on every card.  :)
