My Monthly Hero Blog Hop...

Along with the kit, you can purchase different add-ons.  I have three projects to share with you today, using the add-ons for this month.

This first card uses the Window on Love Confetti Fancy die and the Happily Ever After stamp...



I cut the Window on Love die out with a light gray cardstock.  Next, I used Copics to make a pink gradient on the center heart.  Last, I stamped and fussy cut the Happily Ever After banner and added it to the card front with foam tape.  Definitely an easy card to whip up with these adorable add-ons.

I have another clean and simple card.  This one uses an amazing die called Paper Layering Floral Heart and a sentiment from the set called Color Layering Rose....

I folded a white card base and used the die cut right on the card front.  This die is so pretty!  It cuts out lots of little pieces that would be perfect for confetti, but it also cuts out little pieces that can be tipped up.  I wanted to keep this clean and simple, so I pulled out and dusted off my old Pebbles chalks and did a little light coloring on the butterflies, leaves and flowers.  I tipped them up so you can see through the die to the light green cardstock that I lined the inside of the card with.  Last, I used a sentiment from Color Layering Rose and tucked it up next to the die cut.

Last, I used this beautiful piece of paper that is new in the Hero Arts store (Ps 771 Lovely Layering paper) to lined a card base.  Next, I used a sentiment from the add-on stamp set called Love Bandit and heat embossed it on black cardstock.  I layered that on top of little white heart die cut and then finished off the card with some black pearls.

MFT January Countdown Day 2...

I am so glad you stopped by today for day 2 of the MFT January countdown.  Some of my favorites from this release are being sneaked today!  So let me get right to it...

First, I grabbed a white card base.  Next, I used the new Full of Heart die gray cardstock and added it to the front of the card base.  Next, I used a Stitched Heart STAX in Electric Red cardstock to showcase this amazing sentiment.  I heat embossed it with white embossing powder and then popped it up on the card front.  Last, I added in little clear sequins to add some bling to the card.

MFT January Countdown Day 3...

Welcome!  Today is day 3 of the MFT January countdown.  Have you been enjoying everything you've seen so far?  I love all the lovey valentines stuff coming our way!  Today I have another valentines card to share.  This one uses the new Marble Background stamp and the Die-namics Love You....



To create this look, I inked up the marble with Grout Gray Premium Dye ink while the stamp was positioned in my Misti.  I used a blending tool and went over it in Gold Delicata ink to add a little shine.  It's hard to see in the photos but its a more gray background with hints of gold.  Next, I used MFT's Gold Sparkle cardstock and cut out the Love You dies.  I also cut out a layer of fun foam so the sentiment would be popped up from the card front.  Last, I added a little heart die for a little pop of red.

This marble background is so fun and so easy to stamp.  All these new January products will be available on Tuesday, January 9th at 8pm CST.  Yay!

MFT January Countdown Day 4...

If you follow my blog, you know I love white space.  All the white space!  Today's card for the MFT Countdown has lots of it combined with a FUN new die set and stamp set.  For this card I am using the new set called From the Heart and the new die set called Hearts in a Row-Horizontal Die-namics.  

I folded a card for a card base and then rounded the top 2 corners.  Next, I used some washi tape to hold down the heart die and then ran it through my die cut machine.  Next, I added in the black and white striped paper from the new Black and White Stripes paper pack.  Last, I used the banner dies from the die set and cut a piece of Ripe Raspberry.  I heat embossed the sentiment from the stamp set.  This stamp set is so much fun because it comes with lots of sentiments that go together with that adorable little heart stamp for the middle.

MFT January Countdown Day 5...

It's Day 5 of the MFT January Release Countdown and I am here today with a CAS card using an adorable new set called Ewe and Me Forever.  

I thought that this set would be so perfect for a quick and simple card.  I did a line of post it tape to mask off for some Copic Grass, added in a sentiment underneath and then popped up that adorable lamp up on foam tape.  

These little guys are sooo easy to color with a little light gray outline and then a pop of color for the bow and done!  Quick and Simple!
