MFT Card Kit Countdown Day 1...

Welcome to Day 1 of the MFT Card Kit Countdown.  Every month MFT releases an adorable kit of stamps, dies and cardstock.  We have 3 days of sneak peeks to share and then the kit will be available for purchase on the last day.  This months card kit is OH so adorable!



To create this card, I stamped those adorable little paw prints all of the card base.  I added in a stitched circle die and then layered the banner die with the heat embossed sentiment.  Last, I colored up one of those adorable pups and added it to the card front with foam tape.

MFT Release Replay...

The My Favorite Things release was last week, so the design team is getting together today to share another creation.  The December release of stamps and dies was so much fun!  My favorite die this month is the Our Town die.  I used it to create this CAS card....

This one was super fun to make.  I masked off each house and did a little ink blending.  Then I added it to the card front with fun foam.  Then I added that card front to the card base with more fun foam, after I added some striped washi to the bottom edge.  Last, I found a little hello in another stamp set and added it in.

Clean and Simples....Queen and Co.

Hey there!  I'ms stopping in here with a couple of quick and simple card using Queen and Company supplies.  I love having a stash of Queen goodies on hand to add to any card.

For this first card, I used the Polaroid Foam Front Die.  The great thing about these dies, is they coordinate perfectly with the foam front boxes or in this case, work great as a card front without the shaker box.
 


I die cut the polaroid out of white cardstock and then popped it up on foam tape.  I added my 2 little pandas and then a sentiment from Paper Smooches.  I added 2 of the Green Bling Flowers to add a little pop of color.  Easy peasy!

This card was another easy one to create.  For this card, I used the Hearts Foam Front Die with the Hearts Foam Front underneath.  Those foam fronts work so perfectly for shaker cards but they add great dimension, just by themselves, to any card front. 

I added the foam front to a red card base so those hearts would pop from the white front.  I added the "miss you" die cut from the Special Word Dies Assortment 1 set.  I die cut it from black cardstock and black fun foam and stacked them up for some dimension.  Next, I added a glittery button from the Red Button Bouqet II set.  This is a great package of buttons to add to your collection.  There are so many different styles all in one pack!  I tied a little white twine through the button to finish this card off.

MFT Product Launch...

It's Release night at MFT!  The stamps and dies this month are as adorable as ever!  Tonight I have one last card to share using the new Stitched Tag Corner STAX and the Painted Flowers stamp set...



First, I embossed the Stitched Tag-Corner Rectangle into the card base.  I masked it off and added the grass with the Drifts and Hills stencil and then added clouds with the Cloud Stencil.  Next, I stamped and die cut the flowers and then stamped the stems on the card base.  I die cut the smile sentiment and popped it up on fun foam.  Last, I added in some Nuvo drops to the sentiment for some sparkle.
